The only spinning coasters that I've been were both wild mice coasters an indoor one that was made Reverchon at Kennywood and a Zamperla Crazy Mouse coaster at Martin's Fantasy Island, but I'd like to ride a Gerstlauer or Maure Sohne spinner someday. (:
I like these smaller mini coasters. Sure the highest and fastest are fun but there is room in this world for these as well. Actually they are an opportunity for branding and set design all around it. It would be even more fun and appealing.
Guys, Six flags over TX is in Arlington TX, not Dallas. I live 20 minutes away and I know that it's in arlington, LOL...P.S. I went on this about a week ago at Six flags over TX and it was AWESOMEEE :)
Oh that is right, they changed it from Tony Hawk to Pandemonium. Speaking of changes, have you heard that they may be revamping the Rattler in 2013 or something along those lines?
Since I've only been on one spinning coaster I'm gonna have to say Pandemonium at SFNE. But I'd really like to try a Maurer Söhne spinner some day, or perhaps that Intamin spinner Tornado at Bakken.
I rode this when it was still "Tony Hawk's Big Spin", and it was awesome! I actually miss that name, calling it "Pandemonium" just doesn't sound right.... Does anyone else agree? :-)
Picked this ride over Scooby-Doo Ghostblaster back in 2013, and it was very busy that day and we didn't have the time for both rides. If I had known that Scooby-Doo would eventually close years later, I would've picked that over this. Big mistake.
The only reason Six Flags renamed the "Tony Hawk's Big Spin" coaster as "Pandemonium" was because they lost the rights to use Tony Hawk. But the cars still look like skateboards, So I don't see why Six Flags could have kept the "Big Spin" name for the former Tony Hawk coasters. It's not like Tony Hawk owns the name "Big Spin" despite the fact that he made the 900 skateboarding trick famous.
Six Flags should have renew the Tony Hawk license when they had the chance, but no Six Flags decided to dump. So might as well call the ride "Big Spin" since Big Spin is a skateboarding trick and the cars are still skateboards.
I don't believe that. The cart is LITERALLY spinning and you would definitely miss her hands and it would 100% fly off the edge of the cart. So I will just assume this is fake.

I have been on this ride around 8 times when I was around 7 or 8! It's SO fun!
Wow thirty one miles per hour that's fast for a spinning coaster or wild mouse
Jacinta Spinola
Yeah the ramp and the skateboard cars are the only thing left of "Tony Hawk's Big Spin" since Six Flags renamed the coaster "Pandemonium".

Like this one, Branding it to a skateboard them and calling it Tony Hawks Big Spin would make this ride cooler... Wait.
This was like my favorite ride
