I love that some characters are inspired by different mithologies, Leshy is the name of protector of the forest in slavik mithology and Heqet is the name of goddess of frogs in egiptian mithology witch both fits to the characters in the game perfectly :D
Really cool iceberg! Though I think it could be expanded, so here's some suggestions: Witnesses not having their eyes on themselves once you take them. The healing bay's red cross being changed to a green cross. The bishops being able to mate when Sins of the Flesh first came out.

The idea with the four horsemen is related to how they treat your followers. One of them makes a follower starve, another makes a follower sick, and yet another makes a follower fight you. Famine, pestilence, and war.
They do represent the four actually! The achievements you get by beating the bishops without getting confirm this, they merely show the reverse. Amazing Iceberg! i love the effort you put into this for someone who is also a very big fan of Cult of the lamb! and if you do eventually update the iceberg i have a suggestion of something of mine COTL related i'm working on currently and soon to release, which is a fanon animated pilot taking place concurrently and a bit before the start of the game with the FIRST Lamb slaughtered before the LAST lamb in COTL named Lambrynn ending up in hell and encountering Lucifer/satan similar to the lamb and Narinder, you can add this if you want just a suggestion but it would be cool! i can give a more in depth description if you do, I know it kinda just sounds like i'm plugging it but yeah. its called Malevolent Lamb (: also i know it should've probably been higher on the list but you should add the comics! Im gonna sub as well your content seems pretty cool i like it!

5:47 i don't personally think that's the case since the comics are deeply following the game story for the start of the game to i think it will end at the end of darkwood since not all the issues have been shown to us, but the comics do state kinda state the lamb is the endling of the lambs(warning i don't want this to come off as mean but informative) also if you ever need any info for the comic books for lore just tell me
I feel like the reason this game is so awesome is because of the people behind it. You can tell how much care and effort was put into every scrap of this game, its marketing and its overall content. (They [Massive Monster] literally released a music video TODAY) also, bought the hoodie from fangamer which came like yesterday, its awesome.

The crown is definitely implied to be sentient. The lore tablets talk about previous gods starting as normal creatures and becoming gods once the crowns found them.
I like how the bishops are a tragedy in a sense, (especially shamura in my opinion) victims of their brother especially shamura. Who was blinded by brotherly love let Narinder's ambition grow unchecked. And yet in the cloudy haze his mind was left in he still left love for Narinder, sending Baal and Aym into his prison so he wouldn't be alone

I don't like how quick the video is going, by that I mean you could slow your speaking down a bit and add a bit more pauses. I would've liked to see actual footage of the fox discord message and the audio, but I understand that may not have been possible,

It’s not religious ( as far as I am aware) it’s the three wise monkeys in some instances as of here there may be 4 or 5 monkeys.

I think it’s after your 3rd bishop defeat you should be able to lock it. Tho I’m not sure if it’s after the final boss or not.
