I absolutely love this building. My dream is the condos with the jac/pool combo or just the jacuzzi. 😋😃 However, I seriously don't love the bathroom in primary suite. Looks like something from a, Cairo dig😋

Nice location. Building appears well maintained. What’s the monthly maintenance? I think it’s reasonable to say that “unobstructed view” of Ala Moana beach is arguable. Also traffic noise from Ala Moana Blvd is constant in the day time, I’m assuming double pane windows? No lanai correct?

I haven't checked in a while, but IIRC, the maintenance fee goes by sq. footage (~$1.66 sq ft). So, this unit would be over $2K. Absolutely not worth it for the layout in my opinion.
