Mein ne ab tak jitni bhi choti cars use ki hein sub cars mein aik hi masla aya tha aur mere colleagues ki cars ka bhi yehi issue tha aur problem sirf fan motor ki thi change ki aur subh kuch theek ho gya ...just change the fan motor it will solve the issue fan rpm nahi dy raha aur koi masla nahi hai

Garri fan on ho jata hy phr apny time py off nai hota race den kuch time baad off ho jata hy phr water boday bhi change kar li par ni thek howa ac on kar k chalen tu garri band hona start ho jati hy load buhat lyti hy lights on kren tu bilkul ni start hoti

I have 2od. Ius ma Kon sa engine lgana chahiye Jo fuel efficient ho. Gari front suspension ka Kam bhot nikalti hy.
I have face the same problem..but at the end i change gaskit then its perfect..
Only issue is fan motor just change it ...fan rpm pury nahi hein change karo

Your engine is probably fine. You'll probably have to change your both temp sensors. If the car overheats, the coil within these sensors expands beyond their recommended capacity. This makes the mechanism more elastic and return false reading the ECM. This sensor is most likely the one that's typically attached on the flange... But... You'll probably have to change both...
Two other possible problems with the system could also be that your heater core is leaking and it's drawing air into the system. Second, the placement of that cap might also trap air when pressurised.

hi, i am facing overheat problem in my cuore 2010 manual and the fan is direct. The overheating damaged rings and gasket, but after getting done with new rings and gasket the car continued producing pressure. i again get a new gasket and head faced before placing it in position, previously it has a single hose radiator, but i got a second-hand almunium double vessel radiator and got cleaned it out before installation, the car AC was not performing up to the mark, so it was serviced and gas refilled as the mechanic was saying it is putting extra pressure on the engine. But after getting all the stuff done i am still facing overheat problem, especially in slow low acceleration. i need help
Try replacing the thermostat with OEM unit. (I had a similar problem with my Honda Fit/Jazz)

Bhai jaan kooch bhi nahi aap nay AC ki gas ziada charge ker li hoi hay. Suction pay temperature 5c hona chahya. Set low side gas pressure to 30 psi. Agar gas ziada charge karain gay to engine temperature bhi barhai gi.
Is this a pre can ECU?
Have you connected ac directly or with the ecu?
