last time i watched this royal rumble was when it was on telly. 28 years ago! I was a eight year old boy. i always remember haystacks crushing roach in the corner. It looked a lot worse when i was kid.

Let's face it and I know I stating the obvious this was nothing more than one sided contest in favour of haystacks nevertheless I still enjoyed

Pat had some pretty solid film credits, he was also the big Sherpa and the German bruiser who fought Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Chief Guard in Temple of Doom, and Gestapo guard in Last Crusade, Celtic Chieftain in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, appeared in Clash of the Titans, Red Sonja, Kull the Conqueror, and Conan the Destroyer among others

My Greek uncle whose name was Lelos Kleanthos fought Pat Roach in a planned fistfight in Birmingham England in the late 1970's. My uncle won the fight and with respect to Pat, he didn't know my uncle used to collect debts for the Kray Twins in Birmingham (Krays were a London firm) and he kept an axe under his car seat and another by his front door for the police...
