Over the last few weeks. I have watched the entire video. Little bit at a time. Your a darn good mechanic! I have a NH 648. Purchased it used in 2018. At that time I put new Belts, new sledge gears. (The made in China ones) . Seem to be wearing okay! All new chains, idler sprockets . Lots of new bearing. Timkens, when I could find them. I did use Shoup cam followers in the pickup. I've found their stuff to be good quality. Basically, anything I thought it needed.. It has served me well last few years. Knock wood! Lol. Anyway, enjoyed the video! Nice work!! 👍
Great video. The chain closest to the front driven by the gear box below twine box. What size should that chain be purchased baler the chain is to wide its rubbing bolt heads.
Awesome video thank you so much for creating it. I just used some of what you taught me to remove an idler roller and knock out the locked up bearings. Two questions are you still satisfied with the cheaper bearings you used and what are the little clips on the edges to hold the keeper after you laced the belts? Thanks again!

Thank you for filming all this! I have a new to me NH 634 baler which I will need to repair going forward. This information will be priceless to me.
How did I miss you lowering sledge roller assembly back in your camera die ?
