    However, why a company would not also include a tri-lug in addition to a threaded barrel on an SMG/PCC is perplexing to me.
    Additionally, I hope that it is less than the equivalent of 1600 Euros in the US. The pricing of guns in Europe and the U.S. is not always as straightforward as a currency conversion. Different markets, different laws, import requirements, etc can result in different prices (potentially higher or lower) between Europe and the U.S.

What the fuck gives? And why does every company think they should redesign literally the simplest possible gun and sell it for over a grand? We got the MPX years ago and that should have killed this market. Then we got the Banshee to reinforce that, and I'm sure many more. Hell, I'm not saying it's a good gun, but I can even get a Vector for less than lots of these guns. Beretta, it's been about a century since you sold the Model 1918/30, and this is effectively the same gun.

    Plus, proprietary mags, straight blowback, probably an expensive price tag, and the possibility of pistols now being considered SBRs but the ATF there's just no point to these guns. Jus rebuild an AR9.

    • @ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz
      @ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Subguns make sense when you start trying to make a -shoulderable- _arm braced_ gun as small as possible. Think MP9/TP9, Mini Uzi, MP5K.
      It's hard to get a 5.56 ridle to fit in a backpack, and when it happens it has such a useless barrel length that 5.7 ends up as a better choice.
      Now, 300 BLKOUT can make 9mm subguns seem pointless, but sometimes people just dont want to integrate a new caliber into their collection, especially at the price and availability of 300BLKOUT.

    • @The_PotionSeller
      @The_PotionSeller 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz This. You can make an mp5k fit in any bag you want and its much better than a pistol. Only a full size pcc is one that doesnt make sense

      9mm subguns are kind of neat for the lower concussion and less penetration risk with frangibles, easier to suppress too. Honestly: if you're going to need a reasonable justification for every gun you purchase then you're just doing it wrong. no mlok, by default a quad rail.
    The only ambi control is the mag release and safety.
    simple blowback.

    It definitely gives off some M12 vibes. I seem to remember in the eighties they were pushing hard to get the US military to replace the grease gun with it after the M9 was adopted along with pushing the AR-70's. Luckily they did away with the grip safety interlock and that wire side folder during the redesign. The weight savings are great as well as the modern ambi features, hopefully the accuracy and reliability are good as well.
