I loved this scene and it was so beautifully portrayed by both actors. Really put to rest any concern that Nathan would ever try to replace Jack or his memory. He demonstrated such love and understanding for that little boy with this gesture! We always knew Nathan is a very sensitive, kind, special man, and I'm so glad Kevin McGarry got to bring us this very poignant and touching moment. Thank you writers, Kevin McGarry, and Erin Krakow. I was crying!
Beautiful scene! I love that they brought back how Nathan makes thoughtful gifts. I’m also surprised and happy with how quickly they got into the meat of the show in the season opener. I’m interested to see how the conflict and growth develops for Nathan, Elizabeth, and Little Jack.

Some of the crybabies are there as Lucas fans its ok time heals we also face same situation in seasons 9 and 10 comparing our Nathan with businessman Lucas who has shaddy business with her ex and everything .. Lucas never gave meaningful gift he is also planning in big things which elizabeth not liked here Nathan gives meaningful gifts which she likes
I like Lucas too but Nathan is definitely the better man for Elizabeth. He is her soulmate. I understand Lucas is to have a love interest in Season 12. I hope she becomes his soulmate as well.

The writers shouldn't have never broken up Lucas and Elizabeth it was always Lucas whenever Elizabeth sees Lucas Elizabeth face lights up whenever she sees Nathan it's oh lordy here he comes again can't he take a gentle hint that I'm not interested in him romantically type of look
