Can't help picturing a vampire being kicked in the shins over and over and saying "Oh, c'mon! Get these twerps off me, I'm not gonna go biting kids, I have SOME standards!"
Generally speaking, when people are preyed upon but authority figures deny it, some wealthy or influential person is responsible. I'd believe a deranged wealthy person before a vampire is to blame in this case (and I have no problem believing in vampires)!
Wow Ok, when I was kid I was living with cousins for summer A new house was being built next door, I I saw, and later found out other kids saw horrible faces peering out of the windows at night, even people driving by saw things in the windows It got so bad, crowds would form, police would be called and the house searched but nothing found, the police said it was just pranksters One evening during a family barbecue, the family finally saw what I was seeing faces in the windows, my uncle was so upset he got out his shotgun and revolver and called a couple neighbors, the broke into the house, and found nothing After a while it calmed down I went back home, that year, when we went for Thanksgiving, the unfinished house next door had been torn down
That’s wild! Can you describe what you mean by horrible faces? Like how would you describe them if you wanted to give detail? Super curious! Did they look like they could be masks or did they look almost natural?
@@stefanjakubowski8222 Oh yeah that sounds extremely unsettling and creepy! The fact it was a new house being built or how it was always empty when trying to catch a potential prankster makes it all the more mysterious. I’m not even sure how anyone, especially teenagers, could create such an appearance without using some kind of elaborate special effects type of equipment. The only way it could be a person is if it was some sort of a super bored and sneaky world class expert mime who could make himself appear translucent. Lol. The only other way would be through technology that would be easily identifiable. Neither of those theories fit whatsoever. That’s so interesting and bizarre! Thanks for sharing!
I'm from Govanhill the neighbouring area to the Gorbals. My mum and her partner were born and raised in the Gorbals and I must admit I hadn't heard of this till maybe 3 or 4 years ago, I'm 42.. It's not a big Glaswegian legend and there certainly isn't any real note of it in the Gorbals area.
This would make for a really good movie or series! Great video.
it was nice of the police to protect the vampire from the children!

@@Robocopnik Hopefully, by the 50s, after the work of Sherlock Holmes, the police did not consider the actual existence of vampires in the scenario.
Can I just say how much I LOVE these videos with things I never knew of before!

@lestersmith7 your welcome, and even now all these decades, I have no idea how a prankster could have done it either
Stumbled across your channel, brilliant content and presentation, thank you🙂🙂🙂

Some grown ups get a real kick out of scaring kids. Kinda mean...universal though, eh?
