Hi, how do you charge that thing? Through the USB Ports? There is no cable that looks like a charging cable

Yep just a USB cable it was in there but I don't think I showed it.

I connected the car correctly, but the red light came on and the red light came on continuously. The manual says this is a reverse connection error, but I connected it correctly. There is no customer service phone, I can't reach it.
