This guruji is my god. I had this experience without much effort 6years ago. What next is my question. When I had the experience my soul emerged out of my forehead n looked like a flame with a golden line. But I was understanding this from above where there was no physical body. Strange experience for about a minute. Then again I was back to normal. But after this experience i completely understood I am the conciousness experienceing the body n soul
