JoJo has a lot of emphasis on making the main antagonist seem almost unstoppable - this is mostly done with time affecting powers, like DIO, Diavolo, and Pucci. Even Valentine was made to seem unstoppable with his ability to "keep coming back". But while Pucci was close, after the moment of what was more or less victory, this guy is the only character that ever made me feel a sense of doom for the actual characters - he truly seemed unstoppable, and like Mista could never defeat him. I love Ghiaccio.
Good Studd Risotto also seemed unstoppable as well. Had he not been defeated by Diavolo, I'm sure Bruno's gang would have immense trouble. In fact, the minor villians entirely in VA gave that impression due to their willpower and resolve.
Ramsay Bolton shear heart attack can attack from a distance so he doesn’t have to worry about it. If we are including stray cat, then I’d say he has a great chance of winning.
