Hi. I am trying line up two hoopings of flowers with stems. I use the background scan and then the projector, it looks perfect on screen but stitched out it is off line quite a bit? Can you help thanks
You may need to have your Dealer check the projector. One thing you can also do to check is to trace the design and needle down at stitch 1 and various places in the design to see if the second hooping is aligning.
Claire V - there are Brother and Babylock educators who use the magnetic rulers and dealers who sell them. I would ask my dealer why they recommend not using them when it is clear that they are used and sold during educational events.
