Drumlanrig Castle visit July 2019

Situated on Queensberry estate, Drumlanrig Castle is a great day out for the kids and adults. Built between 1679 and 1689, Its home of the Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry. The grounds have several stunning walking and riding tracks and art lovers will find an enormous collection of books and art works including a first edition Johnson's dictionary and a beautiful Rembrandt "An Old Women Reading". Free tours every half hour.
