@@adarshaneupane509 i didn't got the answer but been doing it for 2 months. Everything looks alright but not as nutritious as the 1st day when you cook fresh.
@@saranpun7192 i also thought the same it might loose it nutrients but at the same time its alright for people who are diabetic as the goal goal for eating dhedo is early satiety and the nutrients can be supplemented through veggies, lentils and salad
@@adarshaneupane509 If you are diabetic patient then I highly recommend you to consume sridhanya millet(5types of millet), as dhido that we get in Nepal is called ragi in India. There are lots of better options than this and sridhanya millets has carb and o fiber ratio in a single digit.
