@@mikemayhem39 i wouldn't hold your breath about physics. Unreal engine isn't great with racing game physics unless the devs completely put in their own effort into making their own over using physics built into the engine. Example: 21 Ignition.

Michael I gotta say bro I was a much bigger fan when I was a kid which is why I know of Donny schautz. I used to go to world of outlaws races when I was a kid and my city’s track was still open but I don’t keep up as much anymore BUT definitely look more into it when you get a chance and even just watch race highlights on TH-cam. Not only is the racing spectacular all around, but they fr have one of the best commentators I’ve heard in any sports I’ve watched. It’s a very interesting series to learn abt and it’s a lot of fun to watch

It's not worth it. If you own 22 and have the 23 update, you aren't missing anything from this new game. Just stick with what you have. This is a total waste of money.

what you have to realize is that this is virtually the most advanced version of the unity engine that nascar heat used to be with. nascar '25 will be COMPLETELY different-- it'll probably look more like nascar '21 in terms of newness in graphics. the new nascar game will utilize the unreal engine, so in terms of visuals & physics don't expect any of what you see here to translate. i will be extremely surprised if that actually happens. world of outlaws still looks like an advanced version of nascar heat on the ps2 with ps4 graphics & physics, it's good at best but nothing like many envision. the only things i see going from this game to nascar '25 are the features, and even then i don't expect that to be quantifiably big because as mentioned this game is nascar heat at its core. nascar '25 is a brand-new franchise on a new engine. i highly doubt that title will look & feel anything like this game.

I never usually buy dlc or gold edition but for this and the last woo game it was so good it was completely worth it .. something I’ve never said about any sports game period.. turn it down to normal lol expert is not nearly as fun
They are making progress with the series I won’t lie but they still using an old ass engine for the dirt games(evident from gameplay as well as it being released on last gen consoles). I hope with the new nascar game they bring their own engine into the mix or hell a brand new one .

Tuesday Night Question: For the NASCAR Cup Series, Who wins the 2024 Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway to look themselves into the Round of 12?
Although this game is good, it's a huge disappointment from the first game. It's pretty much just a reskin of the last game. They literally could've just made this a DLC upgrade for the previous game. They didn't change Jack squat about the physics other than the track grip changing throughout each event. Again, that could've been given to us downloadable update. If game developers are going to make sequels, they need to make a "whole new game". Adding things like a HUD that we can see our grip level, throttle and breaking input percentages, and your christ sakes, give us tire ware. These are all things needed for even a half ass sim driving game. That adjustable wing addition does absolutely nothing whatsoever. Hopefully that gets fixed in an update. Now this game is definitely fun, especially if you have a sim wheel setup. Id only recommend getting this game if you don't own the last one. If you own the last game, this is hardly an improvement. Same 60fps for new gen consoles, 30fps for old gen consoles(catering to the old gen users is one of the reasons i believe the developers aren't trying to bring us a better game). They could've added a VR patch to make this fire 🔥.

The racing in this game is some of the best ever on console. When you say unreal will be better you are talking about visual elements
