Pearl, that flower shop is *_to dye for!_* I know you emphasized that it's a work in progress, but the *bones* are there-it's giving off botanical garden vibes with the glass and oxidized metal wings and the green roof on the central section. I really can't wait to see how it *grows* over time, and for it to truly *blossom.*

I’m so glad Cub got the firework permit. No one else would have gone this hard into custom fireworks and I love it. 😊
I don't usually watch Cub's videos, but all the firework and horn stuff this season look really amazing and tempting to add a new hermit to the watchlist

For the purpur bin, you could make a little redstone contraption that throws dirt or whatever in lava to give the illusion that the purpur blocks were burned

Keep the facade of being a disposal bin, maybe even call it the purpur incinerator?
She could sell that design to Rendog; I'm sure he'd make good use of a fake incinerator at his diorite shop. Assuming Iskall isn't going to drop out and go back to his mod again this season anyways.
Pearl should definitely also add a little bin chicken as a callback to the trash shop

I would also have hopper minecarts so you can actually throw the items in as well.
It's so stupid how much I love the little slow-downs in the timelapses for the slow-mo "action shots." They make me so happy.

I usually have the video in the background but as soon the music cues it, I have to look at what's going to happen! Will she die to a creeper? Will she fall from the roof? Will she just break blocks in an awesome slowmo shot?
We never know!
Pearl Trolled us with the Creeper. A proper action shots ends with death, Pearl's or a mob's :D
I think Pearl has the best timelapses partial for this very reason.

There's 3 Hermits with the better timelapses for me (without order) : Pearl, Scar and Keralis
You could name your shop "Plants vs Zombies" and have everything be super cheap, but the shop floor has zombies that will kill you if you aren't fast enough. Hopper carts can clean up any dropped diamonds on death, too.

Ooh maybe as a parkour corse with spots where the zombies can bump you off but not actually get up. The issue is zombies pickup/steal gear so one could get an op sword & armor.

@@spiritomb108 I thought of that but wasn't sure how it works. But that works really well for a plant shop too, dye the armor for employee apparel.

I love how when Pearl sees a large sale her voice sounds like someone just punched her in the gut. Like her voice changes to that of an 83 year old grandmother wondering who could be at the door
all the Mission Possible prizes are headwear, so I'd guess the arrow and sword are actually designed to look like they're going through your head, gory!
Correct. I saw the stream where iskall modelled them for the first time. The arrow and sword were more comic than gory. The tnt one is going to be so cursed on some hermits given the different eye levels. :-)

If you add something under the dumpster that throws cobble into lava he will think it's actually being burned. Iskall might use it for the Diorite he's buying from Ren.
With the magic mountain gang making it a giant volcano and digging it out, you could totally sieze that opportunity to harvest all of the cherry blossoms for the shop!

i can already tell that this cottage-esque greenhouse flower shop is going to be one of my favourite builds this season; the roofline is sooo dynamic and the colours are perfect - bright and pleasant but nowhere near overwhelming. inviting
i feel like it would add a nice little detail of depth to move the flower truck into the flower shop, like this little business is now meeting a new era of growth and requires some larger space - now the truck is used for transport of materials rather than being the shop itself. moving it into the greenhouse represents progression and development :>
I am in love with the shape of that flower shop omg. This is the kinda stuff I want to learn how to build 😭😭
1)terraform area prepare to build
2) interesting layout shapes for blueprint map
3) wire frame the general shape of the building building
4) add depth so it won't be as flat
5) interesting roofs and mix in different roof shapes if you can
6) Mark in other structural add-ons decorative or not
7) make a color pallet and build with your guide
8) unflatten your walls and add the Windows, doors etc (details)
9) touch up the terraforming around the build
10) interiors, outtèrior (the outside stuff like fountains trees what not) the entire backside/sides and backsides and roof/roof etc

I like how some of the new horns are more positive voice clips... Its just a nice way of balancing out all the more negative, weird, or suggestive out-of-context horns. :D
I think it'd be great to have the old flower truck parked outside the new one!

Gut reaction/first impression to flower shop reveal: "That's an Etho build." Then I noticed there was a roof on it. Reminds me a bunch of a conservatory, great job!

Definitely think moving the truck is the better idea since then you can leave a sign or something with the new location and draw attention to the new shop and the minigame.
A Sniffer Petting Zoo outside might also be a really charming addition, and might be a good basis or theme for a minigame? Another game idea would be some simple redstone to make a composter-powered slot machine that spits out random dye bundles.
I'm absolutely living for Pearl being a lil Gremlin about the placement of her ender chests.

I always love the timelapse-montages with the little slow-motion moments. Not only are they synchronized with the music, but the music itself is a certified bop.
i love the idea of the flower/dye truck moving into the new shop! it just feels like a natural progression for it. love the new build, great video. :D

Man, you have come a long way. I remember seeing you as a judge in many of grians build videos years ago. You were always silent and we didn’t know much about you. It’s incredible seeing how you are now one of the coolest people on this platform for Minecraft.
Ooh yay, as much as I like the solarpunk/solarprep hill, its a lot of brown in one place, even tho its probably gonna evolve and get terraformed,
its really nice to see a pearl singular building with all the lightness, the air, sky and grass around for it to breath and feel like a standard singular solarpunk illustration. The scale and rounded shapes, also helps give it a unique vibe, it makes it feel modern despite all the nature and wood
Is gonna be exiting seeing it come to life with all the details and vehicles and interiors
I think you should name the flower shop to ‘Pearl’s Petal Emporium’
Heyy pearl! I have a mini game idea.. have a whole bunch of sheep in a large pile/pin the players use dye to color the sheep and whatever time limit ends who ever has the most sheep colored their color wins! 🐑🎨
Or with the same whack-a-sheep pop up system Zed used if you want RNG introduced to the game. Quite a lot of possibilities in dyed sheep minigames tbh. Battleship and connect four for example very simple classic games to replicate using sheep. Entity count is really the thing to keep in mind though.
When Iskall was writing the book in his episode and he wrote "Omega Game of Doom" I immediately went "that's such an Iskall phrase" and I'm glad Pearl agreed lol

Idea for a shop mascot: A mooshroom who you can use to make suspicious stew by feeding her flowers and using a bowl. Soup group represent!
With calibrated skulk sensors, you might even be able to use feeding/milking her as the entry fee for your minigame. Maybe even randomize the type of flower you give them as their ticket, so the potion effect they start with changes with each play.
Might need Tango help to make a system that would listen for the specific feeding/milking/player eating signals in order and within a certain timeframe though.
Picking up the fireworks from the floor is justice for being killed by aussie ping. Also I love this shop I think it's my favourite build of yours this season. The windows are fantastic.

Moving the truck to the front of your dye shop would be pretty nice. Plus, you could put the store's ender chests in the bed of it instead of the existing storage.
For the mini game, you make it an elytra based pollinator game. They have x amount of time to fly to different giant flowers and collect pollen (dye)!

Mini game shop idea: parkour!
You could have pots floating/hanging, tall shelves and more similar things!

Pearl, you should make a game where the hermit has to match the exact color of a randomly provided block. Terracotta, wool, or etc. Maybe they have to do one block, or they can do more.
They have a limited amount of time get the color just right, and if they win, they get a prize.

I love the blue and green color scheme you went for with your flower shop! It blends in really well with the environment, while also standing out just enough so that people can appreciate it. The way you added in little bits of nature was really clever as well! I love the big windows and the mossy roof too. I love your whole car thing throughout this whole season too! I hope you’re able to make more cars in the rest of your builds throughout this season! I can’t wait for you to decorate the interior and terraform :)

I watch a bunch of Hermit's videos and I get inspired...then I go play MC and can't even come close to what they do! Just amazing the talent and dedication that goes into their builds.

Flowers, bones, dyes, perhaps a color matcher of some kind where they have a certain number of bonemeal to make the colors they are looking for with flowers? Could be an interesting minigame
Purpur is an underrated block. I think the hermits should challenge themselves to use it more often (there's a really cool gradient you can make with purpur and copper). :3
What are the blocks used to blend it? And which type of copper? Normal copper might have a colour closer to purpur, but fully oxidized copper got the same brightness as purpur in my eyes.

@@lasercraft32 Interesting. I couldn't find images using that, but "minecraft purpur copper gradient" google search had a nice looking result. It had no regular copper though.

Minigame idea:
You could fill a bunch of bee boxes and have hermits mine them without silk touch. Pay diamonds to get in and grab as many boxes as they dare. Some are empty and are free points, while some are full of angry bees and will end their attempt.
The bee boxes they escape with alive can be exchanged for prizes. You could also make a hopper floor, so if they die the boxes recycle and can't just be picked up next run like in Cub's game.
It looks like the floor of your shop is made of bee boxes, so if you just breed bees in your shop, they'll pick a home and you'll have an easy way to cycle bee boxes through the minigame!

The flower shop could have sort of an ikea type thing were there's tiny displays of gardens where a specific type of flower is used

Might be a fun redstone addition to your Purpur bin to pull a signal off the hopper as it filters stuff, and have a nearby Dropper firing something cheap like sticks into lava. Add to the illusion that you're not just getting your stock back.

for a minigame you could make an armour stand with intricatly dyed leather armour, maybe 3 dyes per piece and then have the hermits guess the colour combos for the different pieces, maybe they can submit their guesses in a book.
I think a fun game for your shop that is flower/botanical themed is one of those hedge mazes that you must complete in a certain time (maybe add some pistons so that some hedge walls randomly retract so hermits don't take the same exact route every time. Once you reach the end in before the timer runs out, you receive a bundle full of flowers and dyes as a prize or something

The biggest thing (for me) is not financially supporting her works--its okay to have fond memories. I know I have many--I went to HP book and movie midnight releases as a kid. Two things can be true at the same time.

If I can reccomend something, you should waterlog some warped planks around the greenhouse and plant some coral to look like very beautiful little flowers! Scar did it for the planters in Scarland last season and I've never forgotten that little building trick. Lovely episode btw! 👍
minigame option: "You pick." buy some bonemeal and grow your own flowers to pick. seeing as you're bone and flower shop.

The flower shop is my favourite building from any hermit this season. I don't know why, but everything about it makes my brain happy.
For a game for your shop, what about a maze of wither roses and berry bushes, things like that? With a few different chests spread throughout? That way their not gauranteed to find, say spore blossoms, in the first chest they go to, and if you put cactus, they can't just run straight through the walls. I know technically only wither roses are part of your permit, but cactus and berry bushes would still go with the nature theme, and getting stuck in a berry bush is, in my opinion, worse since it slows you down and, as i already mentioned, you can't just walk through a cactus. It would stay on theme, be a challenge, and if you only put a few items throughout the maze and make it difficult enough, you're not going to lose too much profit from it when people chose to play it instead of just buying what they want. Whatever you decide to do, I'm looking forward to seeing what you end up doing with your flower shop. It looks great so far, and I love the idea of having your truck parked in it as well, it'd be so cute!

Maybe as a minigame you could make a one block flower farm that the player stands on and manually breaks each flower or grass as it appears. The player has to try to collect flowers and judge when to jump off before the block shifts under them at a random time and they fall into lava. Maybe it costs a diamond to operate (to cover some of the bonemeal) and besides just getting some extra flowers, each flower has a certain value that they can redeem for little awards, like a plaque at the shop or something.
For the flower shop mini game, it could be an archery competition. You shoot a target block and get a number of flowers depending on the redstone signal it emits. You could call it "flower power"!

Really liking the greenhouse so far. It has a very upwards flow, like it's drawing the eye up. You could totally add a rainbow above it. Not only would that fit in with the natural vibes, but it's a good way to represent the dye aspect of the shop.🌈
You could even have a mini-game called Rainbow Run where the Hermits have to avoid obstacles based on each color, and if they succeed then they get half a stack of the dye corresponding to said color.
You could name your mini game "Flowers and Dies" and make the hermits plant as many flowers as they can before the game kills them. The prize would depend on how many flowers were planted.

You could still keep the flower truck to sell the torchflowers and pitcher plants, maybe also the sporeblossoms too. Then have a sign saying for more flowers and the seeds to go to the permanent location for the full stock/bulk options. Would still give a purpose for the original truck as well as advertisement for the shop since it is a bit further out.
