Those budget videos are what made me realize I could retire early and slow travel. I retire May 2025 and begin my slow travels January 2026. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.❤
Great video. Just wanted to add a couple things Zentel (Asia) = Loxcell (Mexico and Central America) for deworming🐕 You briefly mention credit card points, but you forgot to mention airline web portals BA will give to Avios for airbnb and Booking stays, Air Canada gives you points for Amazon purchases, these are in addition to credit card points.
Kayak does let you email booking info from any booking sites (not just kayak) and it saves the original and makes a “trip” to keep it all in one place. The booking can be in the body of an email or pdf. I have been using it since 2013 so I can see all my trips for over 10 years! Hope this helps someone!
Hi guys, thanks for covering off my questions, much appreciated. Would be good though to get a guide to what the £35k annual budget from your first few years of travel has grown to in 2024. Has it increased only slightly, or has the cost of living crisis and inflation across the world pushed it up 10% or more, ie to nearer £40k per yr needed to maintain your lifestyle? Thanks. Cheers :)
Sorry, haven't seen all your videos to get the details. But the "sell everything and slow travel" is this a sell everything and spend everything slowly, or retain an income that still covers your retirement (ie, monthly pension, business, investments etc) ?
