Wow, I am surpised that you don't recommend it. They all look amazing from the video footage. but I agree, time is precious when you are on a trip and sometimes waiting in line for more than an hour is not worth it

Sushi Satake is not in Tsukiji per se, but it's only 10 minute walk away and I love his omakase! th-cam.com/video/P5e3M1xvR74/w-d-xo.html

If you like gyudon, Kitsuneya (きつねや) is quite delicious!

Average shop with good location and good selection of uni. Do the sashimi uni only and runaway quickly. GOT IT. Good review.
