- This video shows all new characters and skins and their victory animations and gameplay on the new Drive-Thru Danger track of the characters from the Gasmoxia Grand Prix Update for Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled. The new characters and skins are Emperor Velo XXVII, Captain Velo XXVII, Privateer Tawna, Buccaneer Ami, Raider Megumi, Corsair Liz, Marauder Isabella, Space Spyro, N. Brioctopus, Astronaut Konga and King Space Chicken.

I find It strange how Oxide, Zem and Zam were not in the Grand Prix, What I mean Is how characters are selected with their new skins, of course, are able to increase the amount of nitro you gain, Like how the Nitro Squad each have a10% boost and their skins give a plus 25% as well, While I understand that Oxide, Zem and Zam didn't get any new skins, They are from Gasmoxia and this is the Gasmoxia Grand Prix. Even Oxide was the announcer for the CTR TV. Other than that I think this is a good Grand Prix to end the mouthly events on. I like how the Developers are keeping the challenges to earn coins. and I'm hoping we get a PC release soon or later this year

Im still disapointed that Baby Cortex/Tropy werent in the Back N Time Grand Prix, if only so we couldve just gotten those shitty characters out of the way already.

Which is okay. As long if this are all only cosmetic and don't change the game
imo more content is always a good thing as long as it upholds the same standards and doesn't change any of the core gameplay. More tracks and racers are almost always gonna be an objectively good addition to any kart racer.
I don't know what scares me more; Ami's itchy trigger finger or Megumi's insane laser gun.

I’m detecting Treasure Planet vibes for Emperor Velo XXVII’s legendary skin and attire. I like that. The steampunk arm accompanies his pirate design very well.
Although he is a complete robot, his cybernetic arm just makes him look like a cyborg.

It's good that we can play as that big robo suit bastard again.
Megumi straight up wins with the best victory animation, it's awesome & hilarious as well as her cute laugh. Everyone else was fantastic, but Megumi definitely set the bar with that one.
despite Velo & Emperor Velo 27th didn't have CNK's Podium music, both are using N. Tropy's podium music for the temporary
Nitros Oxide edition skins also amalgamation with Gasmoxia GP skins such as Space Spyro & Star Crash/Electron Crash, Robocortex/Star Cortex & Brioctopus/Octobrio, Star Coco/Electron Coco & Privateer Tawna or Robocrunch & Privateer Tawna
I love that they kept the gag that King Chicken is still just a normal chicken and has the exact same victory pose

Velo wore that Suit to make him look big.
You can have an Online Matchmaking race of everyone using the same character, and the chances of Emperor Velo XXVII and Real Velo appearing together randomly in Local Arcade are low due to there being 51 characters. I think Real Velo is still in that suit. If Emperor Velo and Real Velo appear in the same race, we can use whatever logic to explain how multiple people online are using Spyro in the same match.
Opinion: Oxide rebuilt him and programmed him to make him look like a real characters

Velo stole the arm of Geary's legendary skin.
Since THIS IS technically THE FINAL Grand Prix...these are MY overall Fave Skin for certain characters:
Crash: RUSTLAND. It’s like Biker BUT amped up for both racing & destruction. I also love Biker as 2nd Fave
Spyro: SUPERFLAME. Loved the Power-up form in the game. 2nd Fave: WinterGuardian, 3rd Fave: Space
Coco: ELECTRON. The tech look suits her well. Rustland is 2nd Fave
Crunch: DIRT BIKE. Out of the two racing skins in mind, this fits Crunch the most despite the fact it hides its face. Racer is 2nd Fave
Polar: RUSTLAND. If the ride’s gonna race, gonna make it look the part. Viking is 2nd Fave
Pura: RUSTLAND. If the ride’s gonna race, gonna make it look the part. Musketeer is 2nd Fave
Cortex: RUSTLAND. Awesome Battle mode Evil Scientist vibe with a hint of Dark Mojo. Electron is 2nd Fave
NINA: RUSTLAND. A racing Skin that suits everything about her. Neon is 2nd Fave
N. Gin: RUSTLAND. Though similar to default, the living & working in a wasteland look actually fits him in my opinion

Pirate Megumi is the cause of the destruction of Cortex's machine from space, which then caused Uka Uka to appear.
Seems like an odd choice for a Valentine's update, but as long as the girls get a beach/pool costume for a summer update, I'll be fine.
