I've been practicing the law of attraction and manifestation for a long time, and I've achieved quite a lot through it. However, I've recently been introduced to Vipassana meditation and just completed a 10-day course last week. This has raised a question for me: the law of attraction focuses on asking for things that aren’t present yet, visualizing them in your future the way you wanted to be, whereas Vipassana teaches the opposite - to observe things as they are and accept the present reality and be equanimous. I feel like these two concepts are poles apart. I’ve been searching for clarity on this, and I stumbled upon your video. Thank you for the explanation, but I’m still seeking more understanding. Please make one more dedicated video
Namaskar Dreaming, thinking, wanting, visualizing, and seeing the outcome positively before it happens. All these are good practices, but when do things go wrong when we start to have craving or aversion for a particular outcome. We visualize, but the rest of the time we keep evaluating on the back of our heads. Has it been done yet? Have I received what I visualized? What’s going on in reality? Now, vipassana makes one calm with equanimity with clear understanding and acceptance of your present reality. This makes us neutral towards the present and gives a boost to visualization. Read it one more time. And watch the video once again after reading it. Let me know if you still have the query. Mangal ho..
Sir thank you aap mujhe mere sabhi ke saval jawab dete ho aapki voice mujhe bhut acchi lagti hai pls reply me this comment please video me please please
Namaskar The motive of doing any kind of meditation should be to become happy without misery. Craving for any wish is root for misery which is not meditation. Do mediation and become equanimous. Once you reach that goal, your wishes will no longer hold you and best will be manifested for you automatically. Mangal ho..
Namaskar The meaning of mindfulness is being equanimous. State where we are neither feeling aversion nor feeling craving towards sensations due to any particular thought process. Every sitting on vipassana, itself a mindful activity. Learn vipassana and be happy Mangal ho..
Namaskar I have attended many courses in years from different Centres. It’s not number of course rather than it should be quality over quantity Mangal ho..
a) Should law of attraction/assumption/resonance be considered as craving for certain things in life ? b) Will asking for more materialistic things through law of attraction/assumption/resonance make us less equanimous and will that generate more sankharas and have karmic implications on our immediate future c) Can an individual be manifesting a bad karmic impact through manifestation before and after Vipassana consciously or subconsciously, through the guilt of craving, thus skewing sankharas and then associating Vipassana with unconscious manifestation ? d) How is neutral a positive state ? How is it 2 separate terms. Should there be a seperate video on this topic ?
