Developed for highly professional use, the iTALMEK concrete pulverizer iDF45 is perfect for demolition and recycling yards.
It allows the reduction of demolished material and the separation of reinforcing rods from concrete.
IDF45 pulverizer design has been developed on customer's request, to be extremely robust, powerful but also fast. The purpose is to use it also like ripper or narrow bucket, a feature that makes it unique in the industry. The operator can use it to move, dig, pull or break elements and structures in reinforced concrete to be eliminated, broken, reduced .. pulverized.
It mounts a very powerful cylinder that has been equipped with a Speed Booster System to speed up work cycles.
On request it can be supplied in the CPV version, with teeth on interchangeable plates.
In Rome the iDF45 has been mounted both on R950 and R940 Liebherr demolition excavators.
