They were supposed to replace that croissant with a fresh piece or substitute it with something else. Here in the States if you Order your meal and take one bite and don’t like it for whatever reason you can send it back to the kitchen for a remake or order something else!! And they’ll apologize ten times over for messing up your food. They’ll even give you a voucher for a free meal next time Lol. People are civil here so they don’t abuse this practice. Do that for payé ya business got fall stock by next week Lol
