“Naihanchi” by “Hironori Ohtsuka Sensei”

In the clip "Les Chevaliers du Ciel", a clip combining acrobatics and "Wado-Ryu" karate, we practice a certain number of katas including the "Naïhanchi" kata.
“Hironori Ohtsuka Sensei” has left an exceptional testimony for us because we find videos where he demonstrates it and another where he gives explanations. They are silent of course but very instructive. In addition, "Hironori Ohtsuka Sensei" left a reference book: "Karate-Do by Ohtuka Hironori" published by "Budo International". Suffice to say that with these documents, we go directly to the source. Any practitioner of "Wado-Ryu" should certainly own this book and refer to it tirelessly as we do in order to be, in our shows and video clips, as faithful as possible to the founder's teaching.
