I found this extraordinarily comforting. My recent life has been anguish and anxiety ridden. To be reminded “this too shall pass”” and I will see it through different eyes later makes it so much easier to bear. Reminding myself of other harsh periods that have bestowed great wisdom was a true blessing. Not only my innate resilience and invincibility, but meaning of a unknown gift to look forward to. Thanks.
Married a narc, then he left me alone with children, I know he's not good for me, but I still tried to reach out, and he refused, saying i have not learnt my lessons. Then i decided to take the journey alone with my children, but i cry daily when it becomes overwhelming. This brought tears to my eyes this morning, but it gave me a sense of hope to hold on just a bit longer

I've no concern that "my time will come." It has nothing whatever to do with cause and effect, nor time and space. A king is always a king whether cloaked in finery or rags. There is a moment of plowing, there is a moment of sowing and there is a moment of reaping the harvest. It is not all done at once.
Today, every 12-seconds someone takes their own life and over 38% percent of them are classed as children, some as young as 5-years. Don't underestimate how important a simple video like this can be when someone teetering on the edge hears it. I'm 70-years and once was a psychotherapist in London for 32-years, overwhelmed with a 2-year waiting list. My heart bleeds for young people today. Make a point of praising at least one young person every day, but you may need to wait until you reach the next world to become aware of just how powerful an affect that had on someone's life....

I wish I heard this about when you're in the summer, that you should know that autumn is just around the corner. If I had known that, I would have been able to survive the fall and winter to wait for spring again. Now I've been able to survive the autumn and winter of my life with pain and effort and I hope that spring won't be long in coming. I being gentle with my self with the help of someone very special, he is part of me and he knows how talk to my Ego, he is being trading places with Ego, today he was right my scooter and the Ego was giving it direction, they trade place, was pretty amazing. 🤔

Why do you assume that when we are old we will look back and think that it was all worth it ? You can be old and realize that you failed in love and life and that there is no "future" . Hopefully there is more to our existence than this one life and there will be some kind of healing of the heart when we pass .
