In this video we making a mold of cbr 150-250 seat cowl and already created a first piece or prototype with PU foam. then finished it with polyester putty .This video is mainly for the bingers . And this will helpful to make a fiberglass mold yourself
The materials are used
fiberglass mesh with 450 gsm
activator or hardener with 1:100 ratio
cobalt accelerator (1:100)
chalk powder
acetone (to clean the brush)
brush
gel coat (1:100)
wax (to release mold easily)
pva (poly vinyl alcohol-for releasing mold easily)

Hardener അല്ല.... Catalyst ആണ്...... Accelator ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് സ്പീഡ് കൂട്ടാൻ മാത്രം അല്ല.... Resin ൽ add ചെയ്തേക്കുന്ന inhibitor inte processing കൂടി stop ആകാൻ ആണ്
