As a Malaysian and observer of MPL PH. I always liked Kramm, K1ngkong, and Innocent. They were good individually. They were unlucky to be in the wrong team. I used to predict that Indo would sign them. The thought of one of them joining mpl my never crossed my mind because they were too good for our standard but somehow we got 2 of them.
As a Filipino, I'm really impressed with and grateful to SRG. To pull Coach Arcadia is one thing but to believe in his talent for scouting is another. I applaud the org for the trust, they made star players who otherwise wouldn't have been in the limelight in the Ph. Thank you MY 🫶

Stormie and Yums are known for being hyper aggressive and it's hard to find someone that can resonate with their rhythm. Somehow coach arc managed to assemble them in a team where everyone can utilise yums' pace. I always felt like we had the talent. Maybe not as good as ph but we were supposed to do better. Especially in M4 during the match between team haq and echo. We lose but managed to put up a good fight. Todak also won against onic in group stage. But then they lose discipline and lose against turkish incendio and american the vally. It's always been the case for Malaysia. Coach arc managed to solve it. Everyone's looking up to coach arc in Malaysia. His tactical intelligence and man management is world class. Coach veki volunteered for a pay cut to enable srg to sign coach arc. Yums, Kramm, Innocent, and Stormie prove their worth as former laughing stock in their respective region. Sekys developed his character from an underrated assassin to a world class jungler under coach arc. Everyone's doing their part for this title. I'm so happy for everyone in srg.

Coach Arcadia actually told the management that this team will only bloom and show its full potential on their 2nd season. So the management trusted his decision and was willing to wait. But to their surprise, SRG won MPL MY with ZERO defeat. Then for MSC, the owner, Simon had high hopes for his team but since it was the first international tournament for 4 out of 5 of the players, he only targeted 4th place for his team. But to their surprise AGAIN, SRG went to the grand finals despite numerous doubters throughout the competition. Then at the grand finals, only 14% of the community thought SRG would actually win. Despite all the hate online and even booing by the DISGUSTING live audience, I’m glad the boys kept their composure and managed to pull through to become champions. They really were always breaking expectations from the start. Proud of them 🩵✌🏻

The organization 100% believed in the coach. Must be a good working environment for him. No Malaysians discredit their imports of coach & sidelaners. Why some people highlighting that we do not acknowledge that we literally have 3 imports in the team😅😅😅.
One value that I always kept to myself is that " teamfight spirit arent define by the flag they carried , the races that fills in the team or the amount of failure they did . I define a teamfight spirit by the spirit they carried within the team or the organisation ". Basically means , I dont really care if SRG is founded from any country if its not Malaysia , what matter is that what value or spirit they carry within the team to actually achieve what they want despite the country they founded in , the race they have in it . I saw this spirit the same at ONIC too apparently with Coach Yeb and Kairi's relation to its Indo teammates. The amount of those spirit of trust , hope , resilience and discipline will take any team far.
All of his players are underrated names that he chose to give them chqnce to prove themselves. Yumss, sekysss the good yet name was unheard of, stormie, and 2 rank#8 players from PH. he indoctrinated his vision onto these players and build them as how he wanted his team supposed to look like. When you start from scratches, you know you have everything to lose, and the decision to recruit all these young kids was a good idea. They were eager to learn, no ego, and later on, executing all the knowledge they gain from the best in the battlefield. Kudos to whoever assemble these 5 players.

People should learn to use the proper words. SRG is the prime example of instant success lmao. Undefeated since the team was formed and the only player who was in the previous main 5 was Sekys. They trusted Arcadia's vision of the rebuild and it succeeded instantly. There was no long cycle of failures unlike what happened with Bren and Geek Fam.

Despite all the hate online and even booing by the DISGUSTING live audience, I’m glad the boys kept their composure and managed to pull through to become champions. They really were always breaking expectations from the start. Proud of them 🩵✌🏻

One value that I always kept to myself is that " teamfight spirit arent define by the flag they carried , the races that fills in the team or the amount of failure they did . I define a teamfight spirit by the spirit they carried within the team or the organisation ".
Basically means , I dont really care if SRG is founded from any country if its not Malaysia , what matter is that what value or spirit they carry within the team to actually achieve what they want despite the country they founded in , the race they have in it . I saw this spirit the same at ONIC too apparently with Coach Yeb and Kairi's relation to its Indo teammates.
The amount of those spirit of trust , hope , resilience and discipline will take any team far.
All of his players are underrated names that he chose to give them chqnce to prove themselves. Yumss, sekysss the good yet name was unheard of, stormie, and 2 rank#8 players from PH. he indoctrinated his vision onto these players and build them as how he wanted his team supposed to look like. When you start from scratches, you know you have everything to lose, and the decision to recruit all these young kids was a good idea. They were eager to learn, no ego, and later on, executing all the knowledge they gain from the best in the battlefield. Kudos to whoever assemble these 5 players.
there are a lot of player can be pro in MLBB. But the player with have a good attitude and discipline is rare

They trusted Arcadia's vision of the rebuild and it succeeded instantly. There was no long cycle of failures unlike what happened with Bren and Geek Fam.
