I just took the course.. that was really a cool one! is very strange.. like I done a lot of courses, but this is the first time that after this warm up, I ddi it really intense for half an hour I have never this clear hearing since I was a kid.. something happened when I did the low growls and a lot of mucus came up, I mean ha ha a lot and suddenly it was like both my noose began to rinse and compression in my ears opened up a bit and I suddenly could hear again, maybe it was due to going really high up with high compression , and then really low down.. I have had like a lock on my ears for years, is stil bothering me but I began to open up within the jaw, the face and throat by this warm up.. I liked this way of working with sensing what happens instead of just doing straight scales or something more conventional

I think both seems really cool, but is there a benefit as a guy to choose the course with Spencer to get better training as a guy or are there other things in the courses that are totally different even if the music style might be similar that one should consider if one like to choose between these two courses?
