He's not playing great but then again we're paying him AND TJ Edwards combined what we'd be paying for Roquan. I hated letting Roquan go but for the value Poles got, I gotta back him on this.
Our linebackers are not playing well, but our defensive line is horrible, too. Our linebackers can't be effective if our line is constantly getting destroyed.
Too much expectations were put on the bears vis the media. They acknowledged all the veteran talent on the team, while ignoring the fact the fact that the Bears had a rookie captain at the head of the ship. Also, the DL wasnt good going into the year, even before Billings got hurt, we were getting destroyed on our front 7. Back 4 is good, esp if brisker is there, but the front 7 needs work. We also need to look into grabbing one of the many great safeties in FA, because i think brisket wont be around long

He is terrible in run defense, can’t get off blocks and has to gap recognition. Sanborn should be getting all his snaps.
