Bloody hell, Joe and Elliot - that was more intense than a camping trip! With headphones on, there was chatter and noises galore. Clearly Joan and her posse of other Joan’s were trashing the joint. Adore these 30 minute solos ⭐️⭐️❤️🇦🇺
The creep factor in that place was off the charts I could actually feel it through my screen. Several times throughout the video I could hear what sounded like muffled conversations. What an amazing investigation. Way to stay with it guys! Well done. 💙
Hi guys! Late to the party but been catching up on so many fabulous episodes! I just wanted to point out that at 3:08 when Elliot enters the room there is black tape or ribbon billowing quite hard to his right. By 3:47 when he pans around the tape is lying perfectly still. Maybe wind, I know, but worth looking at. Love the channel! Keep up the great work!🤩🤩
At 28:44 in my right headphone there's a breath sound which is definitely not Elliot. This was great!! It's the most activity that I've ever heard for myself in any of your videos!

That was unnerving. The clarity of video and the dripping rain throughout a double solo; I was getting freaked out. "Just tell me you want me to go and I will," no joke. It took me awhile, at one point, to notice Elliot was back-to-the-wall, ready to bolt. Felt that way most of video. I heard the "woman voice" blurp. It was fast. Some of that was not the crumbling building. The loud thump/bangs sounded like tossed furniture in another room. Can you be sure about filtering noise contamination between investigators? Yeah, that building is falling apart and wet, yet some of it is freaky creepy. Great video you both.

Female agrees with "mmm". 23:09 Definite whisper. 40:15 - 40:40 I can say with a good degree of certainty that this noise isn't caused by water ingress. Elliot, you got some nasty jump scares mate, stay safe guys, if you're going alone it's wise to take precautions.

This was a eerie one, boys. The noises and bangs from all over that place were kinda creepy, too. But it was a fantastic 📼 to see it from to different angles.
Now that was intense, especially at the end. There’s no way I’d go into any of the building you do alone, so kudos for that. The thuds over Joe’s head at the end were truly sinister, deliberately spaced out to scare the fuck out of you. Couldn’t care less about the swearing, lol. You guys are genuine, such a refreshing change from the Ghost Adventurers type of show. The paranormal is almost always like this, feelings and sounds with the occasional overt/obvious event.

This video is the most frightening and heart stopping thing I have seen you guys do, the fact that you cannot turn around and know that your partner is not there and anyone or anything can come from any direction, absolutely petrifying 😮 XX 💖
