I'd recommend searching Cheerupdates2 since they post less pictures and will be easier to find. But the raw scores for the Top 5 was: 1) Top Gun - 295.97; 0 points in deductions 2) Steel - 292.27; 4.50 points in deductions 3) Cali Coed 290.00; 0 points in deductions 4) Cheetahs - 289.13; 9.00 points in deductions 5) Coed Elite - 288.10; 0 points in deductions Final scores with deductions was: 1) Top Gun - 295.97 2) Cali Coed - 290.00 3) Coed Elite - 288.10 4) Steel - 287.77 5) Cheetahs - 280.13
Thanks, i was told from a lot of Tumblr blogs that day 2 scores weren't released. And when i was watching worlds on tv the announcers said CA Cheetahs had the highest raw score but i'm guessing thats for day 1
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the only reason that they won Worlds in 2012 was because everyone else underestimated the importance of coed stunting in coed divisions. Since then, everyone else has added tons of coed stunting and Cheetahs don't stand out anymore.
EXACTLY, I'VE BEEN SAYING THE SAME THING. They are overrated because they won worlds once. I just don't get it. It's not like TGLC that won worlds 5 times, meaning they only didn't win 3 times since 2006 and they always place in the top 3. And the fact of the matter is their 2012 routine wasn't even THAT good.
Kashief Mc I definitely agree. 2012 was a big year for CA, but it looks as if it'll be the best year for them for a long time. Panthers hasn't been able to redeem themselves either, and I was rooting for them all season last year. Panthers had an amazing routine, and Orange still managed to come back for an 8th (9th?) win.
starkidorca Right, Orange has won every year for the past 8 years in whatever division they've been in, like is it ever gonna stop?? and it was surprising too cause they didn't have a very good season overall but whatever, only the Wildcats from CA have been able defend their title
You can have terrible seasons but end up winning Worlds. Senior Elite only won one competition in 2013 and that was Worlds. They even lost to Stingray Peach at an NCA Regional competition.
