Spinter Cell wins today's situation awareness award for moving to the side after traffic came to an abrupt standstill at 4:34 (ish). Very, very lucky he did that judging by the impact.
Not sure the whole laws but I am pretty sure that he could be charged for moving out of the way intentionally, I know 4 wheel vehicles can be charged when they move out of the way intentionally causing the car behind them to rear end the vehicle in front of them. At least in the US I think that's a law, not entirely sure.

After all 6 year old kids can ride bikes but they are actually NOT ALLOWED on the road in many places. So not only do you have to be a minimum age before you can use the road, some places leave it up to personal comfort on whether or not the rider uses the road or not. Cyclist collides with a pedestrian vs cyclist collides with a car, which carries greater risk? Cyclists are pedestrians and shouldn't be using the road like a motor vehicle.

Sharing the road goes both ways.. Be kind, be patient (not everyone is from wherever you are) be forgiving. Your safety depends on you. Always keep your head on a swivel when driving in traffic.

Most of these incidents happen when the motorcycle is driving in the car's 'blind spot' and the car wants to switch lanes. That's why I never drive in the blind spot for extended periods of time. I rather pull up next to them, or drop behind them far enough, so they can see me in the rear view mirror.
I could definitely understand it if it was a place with proper infrastructure for bicycles (e.g. Netherlands or Denmark), but in the US, and with that low speed, they were just biking safely and reasonably.
...and even if they're wrong, that's definitely not the reaction 3 grown-ups should have with 3 kids cruising. Now, as always we don't know the full story, maybe the kids were just ripping it and screaming (as they normally do) before and that part of the clip wasn't shared.

After all 6 year old kids can ride bikes but they are actually NOT ALLOWED on the road in many places. So not only do you have to be a minimum age before you can use the road, some places leave it up to personal comfort on whether or not the rider uses the road or not. Cyclist collides with a pedestrian vs cyclist collides with a car, which carries greater risk? Cyclists are pedestrians and shouldn't be using the road like a motor vehicle.
They're just a bunch of drama queens. I understand someone could get angry by the situation, but that's something that happens everyday. We don't live in a perfect world, so we need to try be calm.

Some municipalities have bylaws for kids to ride their bicycles on sidewalks until they're a certain age, like 14.
They were also blocking the sidewalk with chairs and tables which is illegal, it needs to be a clear pathway

Most of these incidents happen when the motorcycle is driving in the car's 'blind spot' and the car wants to switch lanes. That's why I never drive in the blind spot for extended periods of time. I rather pull up next to them, or drop behind them far enough, so they can see me in the rear view mirror.

Now, as always we don't know the full story, maybe the kids were just ripping it and screaming (as they normally do) before and that part of the clip wasn't shared.
