What kind of polymer clay did you use? The type you could just let air dry? These were SO GORGEOUS! I think I learn more practical uses from your channel than anyone else's! Oh, and we're those little "fluffs" from dandelions? I would love for you to show how to use them without them just clumping up. Thanks!!
You might want to try giving them a quick spritz of hair spray or if you can find a fine mist varnish. Anything to stiffen them before trying to set them into thick liquid.
@@justwinks1553 The hairspray tip I will definitely use. Spring is just around the corner. My crocuses are up and blooming and my daffodils are just warming up to bloom. Dandelions will soon appear so I can try this. I do have some spray that sets in my pencil work. That's an option to consider, too. Thanks!
What kind of resin do you use? I love the consistency of whatever you are working with...very cool ideas here...I have been wanting to try to do some kind of egg but haven’t found any good molds for it yet
Christina Blair not sure what rock I have been under but I just last week heard of that place; when I asked my husband if he had heard of it he laughed and said yes...lol...🙄 we haven’t being doing resin long so we have only used one brand...learning as we go I guess..thanks for advise on the molds feel free to give any other advice with figuring out which resin to try and stay away from...he picked this resin because I am chronically ill and am mostly shut in so he wanted something for me to look forward to creating on a regular basis (especially on bad sick days) and we live in an apartment so hard to venture out too much with resins...again thanks for the advice🙏🏼
I have TONS of resin supplies, molds, pigments, stainless steel jewelry parts etc that I have ordered from them. I figured up all of my orders and I have spent right at $1,000 over the past year ordering from them so, be careful! 😆
I buy my epoxy 2 part resin (cures in 24 hrs) at Hobby Lobby but, AliExpress sells a great UV resin that you cure with a UV/black light (cures in minutes.) AliExpress also sells tiny 3D printed pieces to go inside resin pendants (jelly fish, roses, astronauts, mushrooms etc.) You will LOVE all that they have to offer for resin, I didn't pay over $2 for most of my molds!

They have great molds on AliExpress. They take a couple of months to get here but they are super cheap and they work wonderfully.
