I was in my sophomore year of high school. All I remember is a good friend of mine dying because he and other friends wanted to see how high they could get a speed trap. He ended up flying through the windshield and his brains were everywhere. They drove through a house.
Then the answer would be, "No." The question has to be asked first in order to bring in a recording of the conversation, if such exists.

You can’t appeal guilty pleas or change terms. They took a chance that’s why they gave so many deals. Hoping 2-3 would tell the truth. They knew all those men were just playing to get out from under. And unless they have proof of him saying he lied it’s not perjury. That’s why they take a statement that date and give the deal after they get it

If Thug or anyone in the indictment committed crimes then try them for it in a traditional criminal case. This whole state RICO thing is nonsense and a lame cheat code to lower the threshold for convictions by getting enough rats to say "YSL is a criminal gang and these people are part of it" since that wraps a RICO conviction rather than get convictions fair and square.

If this is the best the DA's office can do for this case then I am not impressed. This is like the second snitch they put on the stand who cleary doesn't want to be up there and doesn't want to answer questions because they want to have it both ways.
