"Now Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to Ahab, 'As the Lord, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word.'"
1 Kings 18:36-39 (NIV):
"At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: 'Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. Answer me, Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you, Lord, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.' Then the fire of the Lord fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench. When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, 'The Lord-he is God! The Lord-he is God!'"
1 Kings 19:11-13 (NIV):
"The Lord said, 'Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.' Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave. Then a voice said to him, 'What are you doing here, Elijah?'"
2 Kings 2:11 (NIV):
"As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind."
Malachi 4:5-6 (NIV):
"See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction."
when I accepted the Lord, I held off telling my Hindu parents the truth for about 4 months. I didn't want to disappoint them, but my choice was made. I would rather disappoint them than disappoint my Lord. I heard the worst things a parent would say to their kid. "you might as well throw yourself under a bus..." and I broke down. I was annihilated by the reaction of the people I loved the most. At that moment in my darkness, I opened my bible and it landed on Psalm 27. "When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me in". After reading it I simply cried myself dry. I could not believe hoe my Lord loved me so much. He never left me and I had his embrace in my worst pain. I have only love for my parents. And after years of negativity from them, they are now slowly coming back in my life. I just want to say that I am loved. I am loved by you Lord! I am so loved that you gave me the most wonderful gift of a loving wife and beautiful kids. My life will always be for Jesus and to Jesus! Thank you, Lord!

When I surrendered my heart & life & put my trust in the Lord Jesus Christ for Salvation. I was never the same! He "accept" me by taking my place on the cross. I had to "humble" myself to admit that I was a sinner that needed to be saved from an eternal hell.
The best decision of my life. To trust in the Lord Jesus for Salvation, to be reconciled back to the Father, to be in right standing before The Lord God, whom is now my Heavenly Father & I'm now His daughter. What a privilege! I'm so forever grateful, thankful & overly happy about Him. The Lord Jesus paid a price, that I couldn't pay, for a debt that I clearly owed & deserved hell... with a broke neck. But the wonderful, amazing Grace & mercy that is displayed is beyond comprehension. I'm forever grateful. And I will share all the more what the Lord Jesus did for me. I once was lost & blind, but now I've been found & can clearly see.
Praise God. Nothing shall separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It's our pride that keeps us from the saving knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ. He sticks closer than a brother. He is our friend, our brother, and our Savior. There is no one like him. Surrender your heart to Him, and you will never be the same. I've lived both lives, I know!!!
If you're confused and struggling about your faith, pray alone and say "God, if you are real, please reveal yourself to me, help me Lord". Do it sincerely both with your mind and heart then God will show you grace, mercy and love through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and if you truly believe in Him, you will produce righteousness that comes from Him and you shall be saved
May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob answer by His Holy Fire consuming the evil we are witnessing in this hour. But we also know that scripture has to be fulfilled. We stand in Prayer and love for Israel, for Jerusalem is the City of A Great King. The seat of King David will not be forgotten. God promised King David the Messiah would reign on his throne forever.

I can relate to this soo much! What I want to share with anyone who is lost- think about God and what it cost Him to make a way for you! He who knew no sin became sin. He became a curse that we might inherit the blessing. The depths and the riches of God are such that when you finally get to the end of yourself is when you just begin to step into the goodness of God. I mean, that you were a part taker of his kindness prior to salvation but once you realized that unless he draw you, unless he chose you, unless he created you, why you wouldn't exist!! My God what a joy to walk with you!!
My wife and I are on a Christian Retreat. Our theme is His Fire and His Glory 🔥🔥. This is so perfect for falling asleep and waking up in the presence of The LORD 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙌🏿

Our Lord Jesus said "by this they will know you are my disciples, for the love you have for one another. I too am learning that though the loved ones may forsake us, the Lord our God is enough and will carry us through. We must forsake all others for Him yet love our neighbors as He has loved us.
