Absolutely love the show. Tyler is by far my personal favourite Superman/Clark Kent. Bitsie is amazing and the chemistry between both Tyler and herself is wonderfully evident. Sad to see the show go however it's quite nice that they get to go out on their own terms and a positive is that the show itself won't be dragged out for another few seasons. Always great to end on a high note! Thanks for uploading this panel!

Shame it's ending BUT can we talk about THAT Superman Vs. Doomsday Season 4 trailer? Sure, you can mention "how bad the CGI is" but it looks pretty sick especially considering how they negated around the budget costs.
There's a plethora of great things about Superman and Lois, but one of the most impressive things they did to me was the way they did a "pump fake" on Doomsday which turned out to be Bizzaro, and then eventually turned him into the real Doomsday. And not for noting but Bizzaro was probably the highlight of season 2. In a time where CW's DCTV had become stale Superman and Lois breathed new life into the scene and over delivered. It certainly surprised me in all the best ways coming off an interesting Arrowverse introduction, and hopefully it continues to get its proper credit after this final season for the true quality stamp it has put down in the legacy of the Last Son of Krypton.
Christopher Reeve still has something larger than life about his Superman. Brandon Routh was great as Kingdom Come Superman. Henry Cavill gave us a grounded Superman. Tyler gives us the family man Superman. This show is very cinematic, where certainly it deserves a few more seasons. Honestly, I would not have mind if Tyler became the silver screen Superman. We shall see how Mr. Corenswet portrays Superman. He has pretty big shoes to fill.

I think Jensen Ackles would have been the perfect Batman to stand beside Tyler Hoechlin's Superman. If you could take Tyler's version of Superman away from the "Arrowverse" and put him among your own version the Justice League, who would you cast to play the other members of the team? Here's some of my choices. Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman (of course) Jensen Ackles as Bruce Wayne/Batman Ali Corbin as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman Alexander Ludwig as Arthur Curry/Aquaman Lucas Till as Barry Allen/The Flash Richard Madden as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern Sterling K. Brown as John Jones/J'onn J'onzz /Martian Manhunter Travis Fimmel as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow
I thought the show was great...it is a shame they are on the final run. The special effects, for a TV Show, was outstanding and the characters were played to perfection. I will miss this show.
The great thing about this being the final season is that it will at least not overstay its welcome like Flash and Supergirl. Those shows just dragged on and they became redundant after a while. The Arrowverse ending with the Crisis of Infinite Earths officially and than this seems like a good bookend for this Universe. I look forward to the next Universe that James Gunn will craft.
The premature ending of this show is a huge disappointment. If they're just going to kill him off I can't bare to drag myself to watch it....Whoever made the decision to end this series so early really needs to do some serious self evaluation. They had an awesome storyline...Great writers and the best actors.History doesn't forget.
James Gunn made that choice, he didn't want two Supermans at the same time, he said. Which is a stupid reason and I'm not going to watch his stupid movie.
Smallville had some nice moments, but "the best show"? The CW teen melodrama and endless water treading because they were holding Superman back until the end (leading to the Justice League and half of Superman's rogues gallery and even Supergirl predating Superman) and inconsistent writing (is the Jor-El a wise mentor or an Eradicator style villain who kidnaps teen girls and expects Clark to rule Earth?) and the finale undoing Lexs' entire character arc made for a...less than satisfying viewing experience.

They implemented a "No Tights, No Flights" rule. Jor-El is from a different planet so his methods are questionable however Clark learns a lot of lessons from him despite them disagreeing on how Clark should rule. Jor-El's complex portrayal added depth to Clark's journey, while Lex’s arc, despite the controversial finale, showcased a compelling descent into villainy. Smallville's influence on superhero storytelling are undeniable, making it a beloved show despite its flaws.

I love both of these actors. Definitely gave the Superman universe a family feel. In a perfect world more money would be thrown at this show.
