    I really think the safest way is to put all the pc components like the gpu and the motherboard, in their original boxes and put them in your carry-on baggage so you don't rink the ground crew of the airport breaking them.

    • @kumaWen
      @kumaWen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +24

      yep that would be the safest way if you still have the box.

    • @kumaWen
      @kumaWen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +21

      but you also need to consider the size of the box in your carry-on bag, since they are big.

    Everything looks so big. I replaced most of my PC parts and made it SFF build (small form factor). Literally can fit my pc case, monitor, keyboard, mouse and cables into 50x40x20 cm case and take it into plane's cabin. SFF isn't for everyone but you can really pack a solid high-end spec into small case. Of course take out the GPU from the slot and if not using water cooling, take out and the CPU radiator. They tend to break.

    That's so ironic... I have exactly the same graphics card and I'm looking to pack in a similar size suitcase a similar size tower. It's like you made this video specifically for me. Weren't you concerned that the motherboard would be exposed to static electricity?

    Dont put clothes inside the pc you can cause static buildup. Also just sell the case and get a new one at the destination. Also remove the cooler as it can have a lot of torque on the board moving around.
