I can't imagine how to keep the house clean, there are so many little things on the shelves for example... Anyway I love the way you decorated your new apartment - it looks flawless as always!
I'm sure you've heard it before and i'm also sure you really love your hamster, but a hamster the size of Wendy REALLY needs a tank at least 20 gallons (40 gallon breeder would be ideal). Just remember that hamsters are nocturnal so even if Wendy doesn't seem like she is using the whole tank during the day, she is most likely using every square inch at night. Hamsters, and actually any animal that needs to be kept in a cage/tank, get very stressed from being in small ones (like the 10 gallon you have). If you aren't willing to upgrade her tank then i recommend you get a playpen for her to play in for at least 30min-1hour per day to help enrich her life. Enrichment is extremely important for health and longevity of life of all pets, especially ones that are kept in less than ideal housing. I hope this helps you a bit, and just so you know this information is credible i am a vet med student that specializes with small animals. There are a ton of great articles and especially videos on TH-cam made by small animal enthusiasts that i suggest you look into, they are very informative and will help you give Wendy the best life possible :)

When I lost my hamster I was a mess Gus Gus was my world. Gus picked me to he came right to my finger when I was by the glass. I buried him in my grandparents garden when he died. I had him for years. I've got 3 guinea pigs now Bella Boo Hazel May and Honey Bee they are my babies I still miss him. I'm very sorry about your baby. Your such a sweet girl I love your videos and I'm glad you have a new member of the family❤

Hey do you know that hamsters go into “hibernation” if they’re too cold.It’s like an instinct for them it last only up to a week I think. It honestly looks like they’re dead tho you have to keep a hot water bottle by them or a warm towel. Maybe switching cages made Colbie colder and she went into hibernation and you guys just thought she was dead

Having a tank for a hamster is actually great! I've had many hamsters and having them in a tank was the safest. Hamster cages that you find at petsmart that are made of metal arent as good because they can escape. Do what you think is right for your hamsters. When you get your hamsters from a pet store, they're already in a glass tank with their friends, so its easier for them to transition if they're in a similar environment. Love you gab 💖

Two 3 wick Bath & Body works candle tips! I'm obsessed with their candles and they will last longer if after the first use you trim about 1/3 of the wick off and if you ever notice them looking long you can trim as you continue to use them, you can also store them in the freezer and they last longer!! I have like almost all the same winter ones as you but I am going back for more soon lol
