That is a good idea, but if the future is just logs of fuel consumption or maintenance, that is also not good. To find spare parts for bikes with a comparison of costs between shops is a good reason to pay for the app. + Do the records of trips where u ride (mostly 90% of riders do that only for fun.) Could you get on the map (by users) stop points for rest, or sleep on camp. To be honest that is a huge field for research, and time for development)
🏆 Nice share! Going to look at more of your vids. Suggestion: If you have an idea for a concept, start by identifying your potential competitors and perform a competitor analysis. Create a table of them with each product's features and value proposition. Using AI like Perplexity AI can help make this a more efficient exercise as it is great for research. Then determine how your concept will differentiate itself from the competition. What will be your value proposition above and beyond theirs. Will quickly, and very cheaply, help validate your concepts... if you're trying to make money.
Great thinking, also, wanted to ask you will you use CloudKit with SwiftData? I have that in mind so people don't lose their data if they change their phone or am I missing something?
Thanks so much. If you look competitors and find them, does this makes you feel bad, because there is already something like that? Is your mindset going negative because of this? Loose motivation? No?
Sure mood swings a bit if you find that your "unique App idea" is not unique or no one really needs it. Went for a longboard ride and now I'm back to normal :)
You should see competition as a good thing, not a bad. It is proof that some customers exist and there is money to be made. This is better than the alternative, where no one has validated the product idea and investing time or money into it is a gamble.
Its pretty easy to make app, its very hard to find good niche for app. Because there is literally every app already invented. To bring yours in front of people, requires fresh ideas and money for advertisement. Its hard to get natural downloads with ASO only.
I have many apps that are not connected to any hardware :) You can't build an app that will connect to any motorcycle, most of them don't have any support for that
Man, that helps a lot. I have many enthusiastic ideas where I can ideally not earn money but lose a lot of time.
Glad to hear it was helpfull!
your notion setup!! looks so good! 🤩🤩
Good information for future also not for appDevs but also for other fields 😉
Good job Aivars. Can you tell me, how to setting of chrome browser, your tabs is different, and really like!

This is a gem, thank you so much!

I was thinking about trip planning, interest points, etc, but most already using Google Maps for that
@@AivarsMeijers I agree but in gglmaps no info about how is comfortable for bike riders and better road for bike. So again social networks)
Good job Aivars, keep going ❤

Yes, I will use SwiftData + CloudKit for data persistence.
Thanks so much.

I think its good. Yahoo mail is a huge product before google mail a long time ago. But we all know who is the market leader for email nowadays.
@@the_unico Yes, but I started with Yahoo mail and still there. haha. AOL email now that one, long dead for me.
Thank you for content! 🔥🔥🔥

How you market your app to gain 1k mrr
Content marketing and ASO
Thanks 👍 To create your own product is not easy but possible thanks of modern tools and AI technologies. I'm Android developer I know what I say...

You are not looking for easy way :)
Development in dead is easy part, marketing and sales are hard
