"Who gets killed by a mudcrab?" In my experience, Morthal guards too distracted by an attacking dragon to notice it snipping at his heels. Horrible creatures... I avoid them whenever I can.
Actually, I may have the answer to the Woodcutter's death. This has probably been thought of before, but I'll detail it anyway just in case. Further down the road, there's a house called Pinewatch, and currently residing inside is a hidden Bandit camp. Outside of the house, there are some log piles. These are actually a big hint. When you go inside and take out the bandit downstairs, you can find a note in the room. The note actually hints that the bandit on the upper floor pretends to be a *woodcutter*. As stated in the note, "you keep selling off the wood to keep our front". My theory is that the bandits were the ones who killed the woodcutter and assumed his identity as a front to keep guards and potential victims from becoming suspicious towards them. After all, the guards only believe one man is currently living at the old hut and are unaware of the hidden base connected to the hut. In their point of view, how can one man cause multiple caravans, all likely guarded, to disappear?
This sounds plausible but how would the woodcutter have no blood on him? Bandits aren’t exactly the best at clean deaths. My theory is that he was the second dragonborn but Alduin killed him before he found out because he would have been too powerful, this is supported my Miraak who called us “the last dragonborn” meaning the last of the two.
Graenolf: "There wasn't any blood, so they must not have sustained any bodily injury" Also Graenolf: *shoots apprentice necromancer through the carotids without a speck of blood* lol
1. poor fellow slipped and fell on is head, and now he lays dead. 2. the women became so sad, and drank herself to death. 3. the woodcutter wanted to sleep under the tree, but he found his misery. 4. he forgot to close the cage door, now he lies on the floor. 5. dreamed in his bed about italia, but he got bitten and contracted ataxia.
For Isabelle Rolaine, considering she was poor and she had empty wine bottles by her side, Maybe she was an alcoholic. And the wine finally took it's toll on her, causing the blood stains on the entrance of the cave which she coughed up blood. It's very possible.
I think she could have come in contact with a snowbear, taken a hit or two, manages to escape, fumbles her way over to the nearest shelter, hence the blood stains, started to chug wine to dull the pain, and then died.
*And woke up on the back of a carriage, getting greeted: "Hey you, you're finally awake. You were trying to cross the border, right? Walked right into the Imperial ambush, same as us and that thief over there."
Oh there have been many mysterious deaths that I've come across. Grelod the Kind, Nilsine Shatter-Shield, the best bard in existence Lurbuk, Vittoria Vici, Gaius Maro, and the Emperor. All of them killed with a dagger or an arrow. Ah but let's not forget Nazeem. Some say he went into a frenzy and started attacking people in Whiterun. Sure you know it was the guards who put him down, but the mystery is why he went crazy... I was only just sneaking behind him when it happened.

Death Incarnate It still doesn't explain why there's no blood, though. With I'd say about 80% of hostile creatures of Skyrim (Which goes up even more when you consider the area around his home) main attack methods being inflicting physical damage through sharp objects (ie: sharp teeth, blades, some types of spells). Pretty good idea, though.
When I found the woodsman near Falkreath he was at the side of my lake view manor. At the time I was hunting hawks from the sky, so I saw that he was dead and thought "OH SHIT!" Of course he died mysteriously without the help of my arrows

For the skeevers, the college does not accept experiments that may bring harm to the people there. I think rampaging skeevers fits into that category. He had to do it somewhere safe from his fellow college members. A note on the spells, though, scrolls self destruct upon use. Also, the one spell in the illusions trio that's missing is courage, which buffs the target and prevents them from fleeing. He probably used that first and got overwhelmed by the, now stronger, beasts.

Hey for the dead woods man one, I once found him alive fighting some bandits, didn't know he was a random Npc, thought he was the one who delivers the logs to my Dlc manor.
My theories: Mystery #1- He needed to create a potion using a giants toe. Sadly he was no where near any major cities with any ingredients, he thought a giant can't be that hard to kill? He approached the giant... He found a Nirn root, another thing for his recipe! But the nirn root was right next to the giants club. The giant noticed this, and the alchemist ran off, without noticing there was a drop. He survived the drop, but he died of starvation. Mystery #2- after Vex told her to go to the cave, she finally made it! Until she was attacked by an IceWraith. Her corpse was laying outside, until a adventurer walked by. He killed the IceWraith and for respectful purposes he dragged her inside. He explored the cave to find necromancers and died. Mystery #3- the man was looking for lumber and found a conjurer, he used a frost spell to kil him and his blood is frozen within himself so that's why he's not bleeding. At the moment the conjurer is very busy with his experiment and can't use the wood cutters corpse. So, if you kill the conjurer he won't use the wood cutters corpse!! Mystery #4- he was a member of the college of winterhold, sadly it's against the rules to use such dangerous practices as the one he wanted. So he ran away to the shrine. He found some skeevers on the way and used the spell calm on them for the trip. As he placed them in the cage, he used another scroll that made them hostile. They broke out of the cage and killed the man. And the skeevers were still hostile, even to each other so leaving one skeever victorious. Mystery #5- Lund had a wife, she was obsessed with skeevers. One day he went to the winking skeever in solitude and asked the story of the name. The bartender said he had a skeever as a pet as a child that used to wink. Lund immediately thought to get one. He never knew they could be used as pets! He got some wild skeevers, and went home! They seemed to like him, but not his wife. He brought them home and they where hostile on Lund's wife. Since of this mortifying experience, Lund commit suicide and drank the poison.
About the Alchemist, your theory actually make sense. Giants are very strong creatures, and they have that massive club. So it is possible a giant hit him hard enough that he landed on the outcrop and broke a bone or two, then died because of a lack of treatment.
The 2nd one with the woman in the tundra cave most definitely died from hypothermia. Drinking 3 bottles of wine combined with extreme cold is a recipe for disaster. Because, fun fact, excessive drinking irl causes your core body temperature to drop (not by a huge amount, mind you) due to expanding capillaries and arteries which increases bloodflow and causes your body temperature to escape through the surface of your skin. Some info for anyone interested lol
What if that girl in the #4 spot was already experiencing the effects of hypothermia and in an effort to warm up, she drank the 3 bottles of wine but ended up succumbing to the cold anyway
Bro the first one is simple (heart attack froze starved thirst but no he assumes its a giant that threw him but still forgot that there was no F*CKING BLOOD) Edit: for almost all of the deaths!!!!
The one with the skivers and shrine of Tales was supposed to be a quest from one of the teachers at the college of Winterhold but it was cut just before release. You can find some of the students (maybe all, don't remember) around Skyrim and some of their items that you were supposed to bring back to the college (Borvirs Dagger etc). Also the wood cutter I think was killed by the Conjurer at the shrine but by the use of frost or possibly electric spells as they do not make the target bleed nor show any kind of wound.
For the second one you mentioned: maybe she was injured outside the cave by some sort of animal, took refuge inside, then drank the alcohol to numb the pain, dying from either the cold or (as you mentioned) alcohol poisoning afterwards
Most mysterious death was Nazeem. Man was found hanging from his own entrails off the Dragonsreach balcony. The only clue to this gruesome murder was a bunch of severed limbs spelling out "enjoy Cloud district forever".

Thank you for being so funny and making my day. :)
They were obviously all killed by barrels.
PandaKitty Oh my!
About the Alchemist, your theory actually make sense. Giants are very strong creatures, and they have that massive club. So it is possible a giant hit him hard enough that he landed on the outcrop and broke a bone or two, then died because of a lack of treatment.

Santa isn’t Real ,s,sl3₩2)-)
The 2nd one with the woman in the tundra cave most definitely died from hypothermia. Drinking 3 bottles of wine combined with extreme cold is a recipe for disaster.
Because, fun fact, excessive drinking irl causes your core body temperature to drop (not by a huge amount, mind you) due to expanding capillaries and arteries which increases bloodflow and causes your body temperature to escape through the surface of your skin.
Some info for anyone interested lol
Eyyyy, first!
((deaths are my favorite))

I love your content it’s hilariously informal
I thought it was meant to say giant not "giantess" 1:48
With the deaths I usually just loot and leave, there are no questions asked.

k, but a Thalmor hawk at a shrine of Talos? THEY HAVE EYES EVERYWHERE.

Oof
For the second one you mentioned: maybe she was injured outside the cave by some sort of animal, took refuge inside, then drank the alcohol to numb the pain, dying from either the cold or (as you mentioned) alcohol poisoning afterwards
