@@bendajet1979maybe I worded my comment incorrectly. I 1000% think Lil Wayne should have been on this list. I grew up in New Orleans, and I owned every Cash Money album - still do. I just personally think his mixtapes were the best, then his features 2nd and studio albums 3rd. So yea, obviously a huge fan and was shocked he didn’t make it. T-Pain and DJ Khaled have an argument too, but I know we’re not bracketing rappers here.

They move on Adam Sandler but not Ferrell smh ... Ferrell's 2000s decade has to be greatest comedic decade by anybody ever. Anchorman, Zoolander, Old School, Wedding Crashers, Step Brothers, The Other Guys, Talladega Nights ... and they actually hold up unlike Sandlers movies.
