Harry and megan are still pretty affectionate, they still hold hands to this day, if you look at pictures from different travels and events within the past of weeks and days, i think thats such a silly "rule"... and I'm happy for the most part they are defying it!
Baby showers are only a custom in the US... The rest of the world celebrates once the baby is safely delivered. It's sort of jinxing it to celebrate in advance.... We bring gifts to the baby & mother after birth. Either at the baptisement or a private naming ceremony. Personally I don't even *buy* the gift for an expectant couple until after birth & I'm sure both mother & child are safe & well (so as to not jinxing it). I had a colleague at work whose baby died inside her belly only one week before expected date of birth... They never knew why. All had seemed fine until then. The heart had just stopped. That is heartbraking. I wouldn't want to add to those parents greif with advance gifts that will never be used by that baby... And as for clothing/dressing during pregnancy, Meghan has always dressed well. I dont think she would wear sloppy loungewere if pregnant in her former life either. Even I don't wear yoga pants on a daily basis... Even I would dress presentably if pregnant & I am neither an actor nor royalty or for any other reason followed by paparazzi... They are constantly being photographed. Would ANYONE walk around sloppily deressed if they were always followed by paparazzi?
