Hi Do you recommend air drying or with a blow dryer.
Air drying is the best to avoid heat damage.
Air drying is better and the curls regain its shape when it's completely dry.

Conditioner doesn’t wash the hair

No dear, you can use your preferred product.

Yes warm water to wash, cold water to rinse out the conditioner.

What is the name of the conditioner?
Do you let them air dry, I'm sure the curly one is air dry but what about the straight?
I believe they airdry both by for the straight one, once it's dry, some people flat iron it as needed. If you want, you can put it in a braid to air dry (that's why people with atraight hair do) but I doubt that's necessary
Can you use any shampoo??
Shampoo dries out hair, I do not recommend using shampoo, use deep conditioner instead.

Does it matter if the velcro part of the headband gets wet?
No it doesn’t matter, the Velcro part is washable.
YALL I just got this Curly Synthetic headband wig and it’s very stiff which we all hate I want to wash it but I’ve heard it’s bad and It’ll ruin ur wig any advice!
Dip it in mild shampoo water after detangling. Little to no manipulation if possible. Apply conditioner and dip rinse it as well. Dont break your pockets. Use vo5 of a dollar store shampoo and conditioner (since its non human hair). Let air dry or blow dry without heat if the hair can't handle heat.
