No game of inches this year. Apparently one of the TH-cam participants wanted the videos to only be showcased on their own channel and that pissed the other's off. Everyone's tight-lipped on who it was.
I really appreciate that you leave in opportunities to hook up where the fish doesn't cooperate. Its easy to get the misconception that pros never have a hard time getting fish to eat when you watch them catching fish hand over fist. Important to remember that even the best have trouble sometimes!

My first walleye ever i caught last year below a dam in eastern oregon. They usually throw spinners for em but i didnt have the right sized egg weight to do it right. So i just set up a dropshot with a crawler. Which i knew how to do and i was catching smallmouth on my trout rod waiting for my friend who did have the correct sized egg weights. Anywho i hooked and landed a 29 inch walleye on a half nightcrawler and a trout rod. Got a few on the spinner too later. At the time i didnt realize how unlikely that was. Headed back to brainerd minnesota jan 26th. Be my third time back. Last time i caught about every kind of fish that exists there. Except a walleye. The mission for the elusive minnesota Walter shall continue! This time on the ice!

My new roughneck bibs and jacket just showed up today. I’m usually a big clam guy being from Minnesota but all the subliminal Eskimo imagery in your vids have swayed me to try out some Eskimo products. Gonna be checking out that Eskimo 2600 (or 2400) pullover at some point this season. This is crazy, I was driving down that road a few weeks ago and I saw a little pop up ice hut on the river a little bit past the small bridge,right where you are. I think that’s awesome we have such NICE fish right there. I just happened to find your channel, it was a weird feeling recognizing that river man haha

I figured out how to do the overlay last ice season and passed it off to Tom Boley in the spring of this year. If it wasn’t something you all picked up from Tom Boley, I’d like to say great minds think alike.

I found a spot like this on Mille lac last year . Only big ones will come by even though it’s 3-4hr waits each walleye catch but they was big one 27-29 inches
I always thought you would keep the fish& take them home& eat them. Instead of letting them go. I would have kept them myself. Cook them up& eat them. But great video tho. One thing I notice to. You said grace before you eat. You don't see that in alot of videos any more. I very proud of you guys for that. GOD BLESS & good fishing videos ahead !!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
so my lake has very little walleye in it but if u catch one there always giant. ive only caught 4 walleye in my life and they've all been 20 inches and up and after 9 years of not catching one i caught one and it was 26 inches!! pb by far
I have only been walleye fishing once in my life. I took three casts. Two small ones on my first two casts. They told me they were legal so they went into the cooler. The third one? I was driving to find a taxidermist within ten minutes of landing it. Since that day over 20 years ago, I have only looked at the weight, I never measured it. So, when I saw the title here, I got on a chair and measured it. 30.5 inches. Well, I guess it really WAS big.....
After high school I moved from Utah to North Dakota to work for a year and caught my first walleye ever at 33 1/2” and 12 1/2 lbs freshly spawned female that was 17 years old at the time. we knew cause she had a tag we got scanned
Hey Jay, awesome video! Just wondering, are you just plugging in the dakota lithium box right into the summit shuttle charging port? I was told not to do that and connect to it with a charger and inverter. Does plugging in directly battery to battery do any damage? Thanks!
