This is what happens when you eliminate civics classes from both the public schools and than don’t even teach it to the LEO enforcing criminal laws.
The US pays about 6 billion a year in lawsuits because of a corrupt system that wants to denigrate and criminalize its citizens.

Hello Audit the Audit, I was wondering if you could give some exposure of the incident with a man named Jim Hoges where he is walking and his cane is mistaken as a firearm, the title of the video is “ID refusal 4th amendment violation” the exposure yoh provide could be great as he is still searching for a attorney in the Florida area.

It's not their feelings that's being hurt. It's their pride that's been bruised. Unfortunately, too many LEOs are only LEOs to get an ego fix - a way to inflate their undersized egos and bolster their general sense of inferiority and inadequacy. It's state sanctioned bullying.
And they feel threatened when someone doesn't grovel before them, and their sense of superiority they think is bestowed by their job. It is a clear threat to their sense of authority, and the authority of LEOs in general.
Clearly, that's what this was about. Get the kid to kiss their "boots", because flicking them the bird doesn't convey the desired sense of subservience from the public.

Without having to deal with weasels like this trying to make a living off this bs? Sh!th3d said himself that he has a pending case; possibly attempting to make a career of this. The cop should not have taken the bait; perhaps it rubbed him the wrong way in that moment for whatever reason. Not gonna lie, I personally enjoy being flipped off, imagine I'd appreciate it even more if I had a job requiring potentially putting my life on the line defending people like this sh!t kid opportunist. Real: Every officer is human; don't forget that. And they are vetted by humans, so naturally some will make it in that should not. Out there are cops doing a bad job for sure but there are a lot of them who really try to be helpful and keep us safe all day. I don’t feel like you have to treat the police as a whole in such a disrespectful way, no matter if ist FOS or not.

More needs to happen to prevent it, and as data storage gets cheaper, and takes less resources, I have a feeling all cameras will be on 24/7 without an ability to even turn them off, or at least only heavily restricted ways. Yeah he did great. The most frustrating part about this one is the second cop Recognized how wrong the first cop was but instead of doing the right thing and correcting him he fell in line and tried to protect him. That is the essence of why they get the middle finger.

No he wouldn't. He's too honest. He might make a good prosecutor, but he would make a terrible defense attorney (most people who are charged are guilty).

The other Cop knew something shaky was happening, as soon as he realized the first cop's bodycam was off. You can see it in his demeanour

Yeah, he even motioned to the cop, like "hey, bodycam bro". Yeah, I've had a similar encounter when I was about 15 in Missouri.

7:15 is that when the body cam is pointed out and flicked on? I think they record 30 seconds or so before the camera is clicked.
