- Imposter syndrome is likely to affect all of us at some point in our life; Michelle Keegan still feels it every time she finishes an acting job.
In this chat with Fearne, Michelle talks about her disciplined work ethic, as well as how she’s learnt to cope well with the amount of rejection in her industry. They also chat about why setting boundaries - especially drawing lines between personal and professional life - is so important. Plus, they wonder why it still feels important in adulthood to seek validation from our parents.

Finished watching Fool Me Once this week and absolutely loved Michelle's performance. This interview makes me like her even more. I'm American and that was my first experience seeing her acting.

Loved fool me once great show/actors. Michelle killed her role as per usual. The only small bug bear I had was with the release date on Netflix’s (the 1st of January 2024) as I had to be back to work on the 2cnd (split shifts no time etc) so I had to binge watch it in a single day. Was worth it though and quite the rollercoaster

I have been a huge fan of Michelle for years, and Fearne, I remember you from your Celebrity Juice days. I absolutely adore listening to podcasts, from "Diary of a CEO" to Jake Humphreys' podcast. It's amazing to hear incredible stories and insights about life. Anyway, I wish each and every one of you a fantastic new year. Take care. Fool me once was a bit slow leading up to it but absolutely amazing I was shocked when I saw she was taking part in a thriller type action series. She’s such a beautiful soul love MK. Totally relate to this - I suffer with imposter syndrome too - no matter how successful you are, still fear it will just end!
Isn't this just how we should see life? Shouldn't everyone feel this way and not take things for granted, keep working hard and earn things by continually working and moving forwards? Confused to be honest what the difference is?
I loved listening to this grounded down to earth conversation. Particularly the part about yoga and Pilates. Your insight into yoga and how it helps you was really interesting. If either of you are ever interested would love to give you a one to one class. I love listening these podcasts ❤
