Thank you for mentioning the things to check for before breaking the part. No other videos discuss that and I had no idea that I couldn’t return my wig after I broke the part. It was an unfortunate mistake but I had never heard anyone say that before. Us newbies are clueless :/
Thank you so much for letting me know! In my next video, I will add a do's & don't's when a new wig arrives. I'm really sorry you weren't able to return a wig that didn't work for you. Also, don't comb/brush, shake, remove the tag, add product, or style. Inspect the wig for any broken wefts or tears in the lace then if those boxes check, try it on just for size, color, and length. If any of those boxes don't check for you, put it back in the box and initiate the return. One more thing: read through the retailer's return policy. Some retailers offer 7 days, some 30 days, and a few offer 60 days. xoxo Marlene
Wow, Marlene! I am loving this color Chocolate Buttercream-R and the other color Toasted Walnut-R you reviewed. Both colors are like a dream come true for me. I’ve definitely heard mixed reviews on the density, but I tend to believe yours for sure. I could tell immediately when you put it on that it was a bit of a high density wig. You can tell by the middle part that you can’t even see the part I noticed you could see the parting a little bit more when you parted it on another area, but it comes in the middle. For the price, I think you should be able to see the parting. This is my favorite style that I’ve seen that I would even consider spending the high amount of money on and I’m going to agree with you that it looks pretty dense to me. It looks beautiful and I think you could get a lot of volume out of it and do a lot of different styling. The color is perfect for you.

I only wear brunette shades and unfortunately can’t wear any of that Lux line. Even in Belle Tress’s regular line, there are so few brunette shades. I just think they like blondes more! LOL! The one I showed today as well as Toasted Walnut that I showed a few days ago on Chloe; however, these two are highlighted, Perhaps you are referring to non-highlighted brunettes? I have two others on the way, but I believe they are highlighted brunettes as well. While I don't have any from the new City Collection just yet, it's my understanding there is 1 perhaps 2 non-highlighted brunettes. I agree! Frannie is awesome! xoxo Marlene

I really wish voluminous wigs weren’t so commonplace. It forces me to wear them all half up/half down. Excessive volume is overwhelming on a lot of people. I just want enough hair to cover the cap and no more.
I’ve noticed that you are doing reviews for Shirley’s, now Frannie’s and I’m pretty sure I saw you on another group as well. I guess you’re not with Wig Studio 1 anymore but who are you working with or are you working with multiple retailers, presently? I’m a little confused?

After a few weeks O could only part it from the left or else it looked like I was balding . This is no reflection on your reviews which I really appreciate.

I've heard that some BT styles shed; however, I have quite a few HT from BT and have not experienced any shedding except for the initial shedding that pretty common when we take the wig out of the box. I'm sorry to hear about your experience but honestly, I haven't. My oldest HT from BT is probably Peppermint and I just ordered a backup because I've worn it so much.
