Elvis's real house and primary residence where he spent the majority of his time was Graceland in Memphis where he lived 29 years. This Beverly Hills property was one which he didn't spend a lot of time. He had a home in Palm Springs which he preferred t, as it was further from Hollywood and offered more privacy. The Palm Springs home is where he mainly stayed while in California working on movies, and had been known to refer to it as "Graceland West". This home was more of a guest, entertainment, and temporary residence when he needed it. Used more like a hotel to him. He didn't spend a lot of time here. He had a total of 9 homes over his years. One in Hawaii for example. Of all of them, Graceland was his primary and what he considered true home. Palm Springs was #1 while in California. Although he didn't use this property often, it's still neat to see.
I can't thank you guys enough for making a video of Elvis's Beverly Hills home on 144 Monovale. I did a couple of bus tours passing by there but it was too far up to see the home. This one I would call a, "Rich man's standard home" but at the same time I'm convinced that the size of a home doesn't determine the best happiness. Elvis was more comfortable at the homes that aren't extremely large.. I've only seen one picture of Elvis signing the papers inside the car of this driveway with his father Vernon next to him, and too bad there weren't anymore pictures taken or shown of Elvis and his inner circle having good times at this one. Also, I read that this was where they first watched Elvis's Aloha from Hawaii via Satellite.
When he does watch videos he will do them in his kitchen, but he keeps his personal life private, and his house is included in that, I’m sure he has rare and valuable memorabilia that he doesn’t want shown on camera.
Wow. I’m so glad the two of you were able to show us this house. It was really hard to follow with the closed floor plan and so many rooms but so cool to get to see.
Googled this house : A former home of Elvis and Priscilla Presley in Los Angeles' exclusive Platinum Triangle has sold for $29.3 million. Following her separation from Elvis in 1972, Priscilla Presley lived in the home for three years with their daughter Lisa-Marie. Millionaire shampoo entrepreneur Paula Kent Meehan, late cofounder of the Redken hair care products company, was the home's most recent owner.
What a beautiful house. That’s is truly a kings palace. Great job again guys. Can’t wait for the next one. Awesome camera work Adam. Michael needs to stop breaking stuff on house tours 😂😂😂
As a big Beatles, and Elvis (and Michael!) fan - I'm curious if this is the house where the Beatles met Elvis? No photos were taken of that historic event imagine that! There are some outdoor shots of the Beatles arriving but hard to tell if this is the house.
12:56 There is to stop the confusion that is not a guest bedroom Elvis and his wife had seperate bedrooms so it was a bedroom for him and a bedroom for her so both bedrooms are master bedrooms. It was done that way because when she gave birth she would have the room to take care of the baby and not bother him while he was sleeping.
Adam, aren't you glad there weren't 'people under the stairs'?It wasn't big enough for the cellar to be the seller,so they had to keep a couple of 'The King's' spaces original looking.Thank you 2 for an amazing tour most of us will never be able to see otherwise.Loved the outfit PM !
In 1975, Elvis sold this home to actor Telly Salivas, whom played Kojack. Elizabeth Montgomery whom played on, Bewitched, lived here when she was very young, way before Elvis bought it. This is also parallel across the last home Michael Jackson lived and passed awsy
Totally incredible, I have not seen this video before after all these years following you and Adam, seriously seeing the house is out of control, well done boys. Mark from Melbourne
Adam’s “Hee Hee” remote tribe joke was hilarious 😂 Ironically enough, Michael Jackson was actually the founder of the pronoun movement. He went by He/He…
According to Graceland Auctions, Elvis bought the home at 144 Monovale Drive in December 1970, three years before he and his wife, Priscilla, divorced. Cilla Lived here until 1975 with Lisa. Elvis Had his Stutz Delivered to this house. Also point to note Elvis didn't drink alcohol and hated the drunk feeling.
Just an update…they say, in documentaries that I’ve watched, that Elvis did not drink. He was worried about becoming an alcoholic. Although he was taking many different medications (pain, sleep, stimulant) he did not drink alcohol!

WE want a tour of Producer Michaels Estate😂....
Why has he toured every house in Beverly Hills other than his own 😂😂

Do more like this! Marilyn Monroe, oldies, etc! History is always worth the price
Yes!!! Marilyn…please!
No argument whos better Micheal or Elvis. Michael was king of pop. Elvis was king of rock. 🤟
Love the fireplaces, grounds and all the details. All unique as Elvis would have wanted.
What a switchup, so cool that you guys got in and we got to come along. Thanks!
Thank you Adam for adding the extra bit about the wine cellar. No need to be scared of Elvis 😁
Thank you Very Much.
Wow. I’m so glad the two of you were able to show us this house. It was really hard to follow with the closed floor plan and so many rooms but so cool to get to see.
Beautiful! A lot nicer than today's building styles.
unbelievable! elvis had great taste, the garden is amazing
Watching this with my japanese partner and we both screamed at the computer when you both started walking over the tatami mats lol

Yes, show more old school LA houses that have genuine character.
Definitely the best house you have ever shown on your TH-cam channel even without the Elvis 🎸🤴🏻connection it’s stunning 😍
Vicariously experiencing the riches of life through Michael. Anyone else? OK, just me 😬
Just you, the rest of us are rich and famous ourselves.
Stunning!! Probably my favorite!
What a beautiful place to live!
This is amazing, hands down the best house tour ever. The history...
zxxXMETALLICAXxxz - the house id crap you bozo
Elvis had a lovely place!
thank you, really creative to show this magnificent piece of art, presented in a really professional and pleasant way
Omg the browns and retro colours and furniture are just awesome. Very British inspired interior with the beams and lead light windows.
The garden is amazing
Adam saying, "Thank you very much" in Elvis's voice was EVERYTHING! 😂😂 Hilarious
Keep chasing the dreams and riding the highs and lows, it's tough being broke it's also tough being wealthy. Pick your tough and move onward 💪
What a fantastic house that is never said how much the house was
Little Adam is so sweet bless him
Yea baby from down under 😎
What a beautiful house. That’s is truly a kings palace. Great job again guys. Can’t wait for the next one. Awesome camera work Adam. Michael needs to stop breaking stuff on house tours 😂😂😂
Its a old outdated house most people can't afford, whats the big deal?
@@Dailytwerkfeed you sound fun
😂😂
@@henrycole1172 - Mr Singh is right the house is old, outdated and relies entirely on Elvis's fame element -let's be honest, not insultive
Treading on those Japanese tatami mats with mean blue suede shoes baller style!
beautiful 💖👌🥰🥰🥰👍💖
This was ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST!!
you guys should do more old school houses!
Thank you both for a great tour.
So cool. Love the birdcages, and the gardens are so beautiful.
Again thank you. Thank you very much. 🎶💙🎵
You two are still my favorite home tour guides! 💕
Thank you for showing this to us it is fabulous
Beautiful, comfortable but still elegant home. And bring back rooms! So tired of "open floor plans." Just a lovely space.

Didn't Elvis famously dislike John Lennon
The house where Elvis met the Beatles has sadly been demolished in '88, it stood at 525 Perugia Way
@@ninedivines9655 Thank you for that.I didn't know, and this place's been remodeled just enough to not tell.
The first time they met was he’s main house, Graceland in Memphis
Everyone expecting a tour of Graceland 😂😆🙈

Must have watched him open that door into the chandelier 4 or more times. Too funny! 😂
One of the best house tours you did so stunning
No one would ever guess that’s elvis house it looks like it’s just been done so new and cool/ modern decorating
most of the house surely has been renovated several times but clearly (and thankfully) they left a lot of the mansion as it was.
@@doggies.will.be.doggies it definitely looks like that
Wow & good job on adding the last one
I loved it the house was awesome showing it a certain people probably would have never seen if y'all have to never showed it thanks for showing

Your a marketing hero Michael, bring it right back to what they all miss! Normal stuff
Better than any $50m+ mansion you reviewed, it's cosy, it has enough space, and it looks livable
👍nice house he had looks comfy plenty of space.

Elvis loved Jesus! His favourite was Gospel! He sings with a heart of gladness!

Nice house. Like the old furnyture. 👌🙂
You forgot to mention that after elvis divorced he sold the place to Telly Savalas (kojak) for $625,000 end in 2020 it was sold for $20 million .
That house would have been perfect for the old Dynasty tv series.
woooooow allow me to say ,this is Elvis Village 😲
You rock Michael!
i really like houses like this over the modern ones.
TY Guys!
Fantastic video as always, What’s up with the colour grading? Is it a new theme Adam is going for?
