      That's because the boys are responsible for her death. Don is covering for his son and his son is ashamed. I believe one of the boys pushed her and she fell down the stairs. The boy knows he's lying because it's his lie his father is repeating. The boys said they saw her go downstairs. They couldn't have. You couldn't see the area of the basement door from the kitchen table. Everyone is going on what the boys said. No one is questioning what they say.

      The basement is in the back right? Was the dog in the house? Where was it in the house if it was? If it was outside that’s odd it didn’t bark, unless it knew the person enough to not bark. We’ve all got family that comes over, could easily be someone who is normally welcomed.

    A friend of the mother has reported the parents to CPS for neglect and abuse specifically of Summer. She alleges Summer was treated differently because she is a girl. She also alleges the father uses religion to appear as a good, righteous person but when alone with immediate family and friends he is nothing like that. The friend also alleges the boys were treated better because they were in school and were seen more by the public. She said they ate mostly candy and junk food because the mother didn't feel like cooking or cleaning. She alleges the kitchen was full of bugs. She says she felt sorry for Summer. The friend stated the mother called all of her friends to find out who reported her to CPS. The friend denied having done so because she wanted to be able to continue seeing Summer and checking on her. My gut tells me whatever happened to Summer happened in the house and everyone is complicit. That poor boy in the video is a victim of abuse too. They need to interview everyone separately, even the small kids with the assistance of a child psychologist. For authorities to scale back the search for Summer is an injustice to Summer and her siblings. All of the minor children needs help. To ignore it is setting those children up for a lifetime of PTSD.

      He is the number one suspect in my book. He said he thinks she was abducted. To me, that is what you call directing, leading the narrative. He would have no way of knowing what happened if what he said was true about the last time she was seen. He is either very loose with the hypothesis or he wants people to think Summer was abducted. Possibly abduction explains why they will never find the body that hypothetically he believes they will not find. Possibly because he knows the body will be hard to find.

      Most perpetrators in missing child cases are either close to or are the family. I agree with Frida K, it's hard to pass judgement. But his microexpressions (shaking his head 'no' while he explains the last time he saw her) is a red flag, although I understand that's not concrete evidence. The young boy also looks very distraught either over the current situation or some sort of abuse, or whether it's perpetual or in the moment, or a combination. He doesn't look like he wants to be there. And why would you have your child there as news crews are interviewing you and asking about gritty details? To look more innocent because a child is next to you? Idk. I'm 80% convinced he did it. Geez, this comment ended up a book and I'm sorry for that! If anyone got to this part, I hope you feel good today.

    2. "She walked out the basement door and we haven't seen her since" . then later he states that a "bad man took her"... Why would you r theory be that some bad man took her when you said she walked out the door. You would think she was lost in the woods, scared, alone, hungry, cold, not that some bad man took her. Especially when you don't live around close neighbors or other people.

  • @kimberlyoliveto9229
    @kimberlyoliveto9229 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    There’s so much that doesn’t make sense with this case. I’ve posted in the comments on some of the videos about Summer and I’ve wondered how she could’ve been kidnapped since -according to Don and Candus- she was inside playing. So how was it possible that Candus walks her to the house and walks away for just 2 minutes, then comes right back and she’s gone? Several dogs that roam the property and bark at everyone but didn’t make a sound when someone walked into their yard and kidnapped Summer out of the basement with her mom and grandma basically right there? I have 2 theories. First I want to say I don’t put much stock into them using past tense when talking about her because it’s running through their heads that Summer is gone. And they’re telling memories which are past tense. My kids are grown so I talk in past tense but they’re all still alive and well. This might be long but I want to explain my thinking.
    #1 The dispatch after the 911 call said that mom went for a walk and when she came back Summer was gone. She denies ever going for a walk. BUT I think maybe she did and Summer found out and ran to catch up but didn’t and maybe someone got her that way. It could’ve been Candus meeting someone in something shady (drug deal or affair) and can’t admit that so lied about the walk altogether. She feels guilty and was afraid to be seen as neglectful and so that’s where her “gone for 2 minutes” comes in.
    #2 The last people to see someone alive is always the first suspect. Candus clearly states -for some reason- that her boys were last to see Summer. I believe that’s why they pushed the story that she’s no longer in that area. A neighbor (who has called CPS in the past)stated one of the brothers is a liar and lies even when he doesn’t haven’t to. She went on to say one of the boys hit Summer “real bad” once just for playing with his toy. And Candus said no one treated Summer bad when she was around. That’s different from no one treating her bad. Don did a telephone interview with a man and said the boys are taking it better than Candus and himself. He said he doesn’t understand that. He compared it to a story from when he was in school with a boys dad was shot right in front of his son and that the boy was never seen at school again after that. He ended that story by comparing that boys reaction to his sons reaction to what happened to Summer. He actually said that the difference in that story is that it was the boys father!!!! (He didn’t say the difference was that she was alive) I think he slipped up with that. I also think it’s weird that he brought his son to the interview on the news. I wouldn’t take one of my kids because you don’t know what they might ask. And the boy kept his head down the whole time. I don’t think he looked up at all. He looked scared and I think Don took him there to try to make himself look innocent. Idk…I’m probably leaving some things out so I might have to add to this later.

    When I mentioned that the little boy knows something ~ I didn’t mean to imply that he did this horrible thing! I think he looks afraid to me! I think that it looks like those boys need to be rescued from there~ for their safety! What if Daddy’s constant back rubbing is a reminder for him to keep the little guy quiet! 😥

    When he says beat our brains out😭 I really hope they speak to the other children separately and the wife separately from him. I have a feeling there is foul play involved here.
