I despawned him using perma freeze tornado of elemental turbulence. It was my first time entering the hall of grandmasters and I thought he always despawned after a certain time.

I killed him twice in settlers league with my CI inquis zenith, I just wait to his recouped fall off then I charge the fourth attack of zenith to make sure the fifth attack gonna one shot him

Empyrian has 30 people behind him guiding him or donating initial currency, he doesn't even know how to craft I wouldn't say hes good a the game, it's his team working on it he is just a face to represent them, Efun is the main mastermind behind it

I'm trying to find him in hall of grandmasters. I have cold dot katabasis, I dont know if he has dot mitigation. I also have an occultist rn which has anti regen aura. It kinda sucks that I cant prevent es regen. Also btw, dots cant be suppressed, it's not a damaging ailment. He must have some giga es regen.
@@ichmagbratwurst4999 It depends if its from hits. I hit with katabasis once and dots take over. If he gets that regen naturally then I probably need a min maxed cold dot with 20 mil dps idk. But actually...for 20 mil dps he needs 266.666k regen ( didnt account possible endu charges ). Wintertide brand is a bad skill, its just powercrept and cant reach good damage numbers even min maxed.

While I find it super interesting to see how much we can push our characters, it still feels wrong to have a piece of content you can't really finish because of the community effort to make it unbeatable. It's just wrong from the design point of view.
It is basically a piece of content that is not optimal to farm (because drops are extremely outdated compared to modern farming strategies AND it has no drop pool unique to this map) and it does not affect challenges/character/atlas progression in any way. Besides, you can still run it, GGNoobs doesn't appear on every map you open. If you really want to complete it for a Steam achievement - you still can, just have to reset every time you see that menace

CI makes you immune to chaos. Culling strike is just an execute below 10% baseline.
erm isnt culling strike only for life, how can you cull a target that always has 1/1 life (until it doesnt)?
